adako
I found myself sleeping for a year.
Here it is.
This is a sake rice called Jinriki.
I have never heard of it.
The aroma is modest.
It has a cold aroma that gives off a bit of a twang.
It goes in smoothly, with a slight acidity, sweetness, and a feeling of aftertaste.
The spiciness spreads in the mouth.
The aftertaste is also pungent, but not to the point of braking.
It is an excellent food sake.
The acidity is restrained for a Koei Kiku sake.
This may be due to the characteristics of the sake rice.
