The sharpness is good. It is not my favorite, but I think it is good as a food sake. I hope it will be another delicious sake this year. I've been drinking since the end of the year, so I need to take a day off from drinking! But I'm still drinking today.

Is it because my expectations were too high? It's different from the usual Sairai. No, that's because it's premium! It's just that... It's just that! This is my personal opinion. If anything, 2021 is stronger (others said 2022 was stronger. I have a stupid nose too?) I think 2021 is stronger than 2022. The sweetness spreads in the mouth with good mouthfeel. The 2022 has a gassy feeling, while the other has a very slight gassy feeling. I see that the gassiness is reduced to this level in one year. Other than that, it is almost the same. It is amazing.
