Good evening! 🙋 It is still extremely hot and humid in many parts of Japan in September, how is everyone doing? Linear precipitation zones are also occurring here and there, causing quite a bit of damage in neighboring Akita Prefecture. Conversely, the coastal and southern parts of Iwate Prefecture are suffering from a serious water shortage due to the lack of rainfall. 😱😱 There is no such thing as moderation these days. Well, I have a lot of home-drinking to do, so I will update this page little by little. First of all, the red emblem of Akabu. I bought it because it was a seasonal product and it had been sitting in the fridge for a while. 😅 It is made from Iwate Prefecture's sake rice, Yunokou, which has been shaved down to 40% and finished with Iwate yeast. Anyway, the beautiful flavor spreads in your mouth and the delicious taste makes you happy already. As I drank one more cup, and then one more, in the blink of an eye, there was very little left (laugh). It was very delicious! Thank you! By the way, the fourth picture shows the first rain in two weeks yesterday. The rain was strong enough to see raindrops clearly, and I am sorry for those who are suffering from the damage, but I am so thankful for it. The water source was in a very severe condition, so I hope it has recovered, even if only somewhat. 🤔
