Junmai Jikkumi Namaizu, sweet aroma but with a bit of piri piri, freshness, the concept is a worker's collection, they say. A stylish store in a station building, happy hour set until 6pm for a bit of drinking.
One more drink at Morioka Station
Hamachidori's summer-only light nigori, sake rice is "Ginga-no-Shizuku" from Iwate Prefecture
It has a relatively sweet and flowing taste.
With 10 minutes to go before the bullet train departs, I'll stop here for the day.
I would like to take my time to enjoy the city of Morioka this time.
Hi Hiraccio😃
I see you visited Unmenosu too ✨It has a good selection of local sake and I use it a few times myself when I go to Morioka. I got a magnet made from a bottle lid as a souvenir 😅.
Hi hoshiaki😊.
I see that you are a repeat visitor to Unmesu.
You are indeed a well-traveled person.
It is an easy to use restaurant with a good location on the first floor of a station building and a good selection of sake.
Refreshingly sour like lemon🍋, casual, smart👍
Modern summer sake.
It was my long time wish to drink Akabu in Morioka.
I made the most of the 40-minute transfer at Morioka Station, at a restaurant on the first floor of the station building.
The third drink at Morioka Station Izakaya. Fruity flavor and fresh aroma. Light sweetness and acidity make it a crisp drink. It was delicious with korokke (croquettes) and it was not defeated.
To finish off the meal, I ordered a glass of Kijoshu. It has a dark sweet and umami taste that is gooey. There is a bit of bitterness in the fruity feeling, which makes the aftertaste a bit refreshing. We enjoyed it very much.
Lunch drink at Morioka station, the third drink. Good flavor with a good mouthfeel. Fruity, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, it was a delicious sake.
Hi Kobayashi K! (≧▽≦)
It's nice to have a lunchtime drink at Unmenosu in Eki-naka!
I heard that this Yaezakura Junmai Ginjo is a limited edition and is only sold at a few stores.
It is refreshing and delicious.
Kumagai-san Thank you for your comment. Whenever I have a chance to visit Morioka, I often stop by Unme-nosu.
I always look forward to it because I can drink rare and delicious Iwate sake. Yaezakura is also really good.
Lunchtime drink at Morioka station, the second cup. Aroma is strong, umami is strong, a little sweetness and acidity. The taste is not complex. It was delicious.
Junmai Nama-nama sake with firm acidity and umami. It has a fermented food-like flavor and seems to go well with Tohoku meals. Traditional flavor, different from the impression of the name.
