TAGOSAKU
The concept is for home drinking, so it is more reasonable than other Jiheiji. Such a high level with low price and quality? It's dry and juicy with a little bit of acidity and a little bit of gas. It is dry but juicy. It seems to go well with western food but it is also perfect with Japanese food. Very good. I want to drink it again. #JoshihitoKuheiji #Japanese Sake

I drank this a long time ago and forgot to record it. They use 8 kinds of sake rice to make this. It has a thick umami and sweetness. It was a little stubborn on the first day, but it became easier to drink on the third day. It was a long time since I had seen it, but it has a unique aroma. #figure #Japanese sake

It's good. Gentle, sweet and light. But the flavor comes out slowly. It has a subtle aroma like muscat. #Ichihaku Suisei #Japanese Sake

It has an aroma and sourness like a lactobacillus drink, and it has a good flavor. There is a slight gaseous feeling on the tip of the tongue. The bitterness of the sharpness is quite strong.

A sake that is sharp and crisp, but has a good amount of flavor and is not tiring to drink. It's delicious! I want to drink this with the taste of autumn! #Kawatsuru #Japanese Sake #Hiyaoroshi

Kinone sold at a certain major supermarket. It's got the aroma of apples and sweetness and juiciness and all that goodness. But because it's unpasteurized sake But because it's unpasteurized sake, it seems to have a little bit of an old aroma... It's good, but it's a bit sad.

Pine and peach nuances, but with more alcohol. It is quite strong. It tastes better when served cold rather than cold. Personally, I think I like the cheaper Gohyakumangoku better. #Hououmita

Ummm. Very juicy, though the bitterness is darker in the flavor and finish. Not fruity at all. There is a little gas. This is a unique taste that you can only get at Oroku. #Wang Luk

Very good. It's the best. I feel like it goes well with just about any meal. The flavor and sweetness come through in the attack, but it doesn't hit you hard in the throat like this. Is the aroma less than last year? #Akatake #Hiyaoroshi

Super good. The concentration is amazing. Very juicy and fruity sweetness and flavor, but not overpowering, more like evaporating than snapping? #19

A drink like Fruity King. Does it smell like melon? Banana? I drank a lot of things that day and my senses became stupid, but I'm sure it's really good. #Kokuryu

I finally got to drink it! It was just gentle and clean with no miscellaneous flavors. The assertiveness was weak, but it was blissful when it was in my mouth with snacks. #Ataigo no Matsu

It tasted like a massive piece of elegance. It was more floral than fruity. I felt that I was drinking alcohol. The balance of sweetness, spiciness, sharpness, and smoothness was exquisite. #Sozora #Japanese Sake

I drank it in June, and it was as good as the rumors said it would be. I remember that it had a strong alcoholic kick and a strong flavor, but the finish was fruity. #Morishima #Japanese sake

What luck! And what umami! The first sip is intensely sweet, but it breaks refreshingly and sharply, and leaves a lingering aftertaste like a sake. It's a sake that makes you look forward to the next sip. The aroma is not too assertive, a little bit of cemedine and a hint of citrus or grapes.

When I looked it up, I found out that this sweetness is aimed at the Japanese Sanbon, which somehow made sense to me.

The summer sakes are also tasty and inventive, but I personally think the true essence of Kido is this Junmai. This is what we mean when we say it's a "superb cost-sensitive sake". At 2,000 yen for a bottle, including tax.... It has a honey-like aroma of apples and melons, with a pungent aftertaste, but it is basically sweet. It's really good even when heated. I haven't had it in a while, but it's still good.

Not too sweet, clean, fragrant and refreshing. It is apple-like. The alcohol is also moderate, but I dare say it would be good with ice. I want to drink this on a sweltering hot day.
