The concept is for home drinking, so it is more reasonable than other Jiheiji. Such a high level with low price and quality? It's dry and juicy with a little bit of acidity and a little bit of gas. I drank this a long time ago and forgot to record it. They use 8 kinds of sake rice to make this. It has a thick umami and sweetness. It was a little stubborn on the first day, but it became easier to drink on the third day. It was a long time since I had seen it, but it has a unique aroma. #figure #Japanese sake

Kinone sold at a certain major supermarket. It's got the aroma of apples and sweetness and juiciness and all that goodness. But because it's unpasteurized sake But because it's unpasteurized sake, it seems to have a little bit of an old aroma... It's good, but it's a bit sad.

Very good. It's the best. I feel like it goes well with just about any meal. The flavor and sweetness come through in the attack, but it doesn't hit you hard in the throat like this. Is the aroma less than last year? #Akatake #Hiyaoroshi

What luck! And what umami! The first sip is intensely sweet, but it breaks refreshingly and sharply, and leaves a lingering aftertaste like a sake. It's a sake that makes you look forward to the next sip. The aroma is not too assertive, a little bit of cemedine and a hint of citrus or grapes.

The summer sakes are also tasty and inventive, but I personally think the true essence of Kido is this Junmai. This is what we mean when we say it's a "superb cost-sensitive sake". At 2,000 yen for a bottle, including tax.... It has a honey-like aroma of apples and melons, with a pungent aftertaste, but it is basically sweet. It's really good even when heated. I haven't had it in a while, but it's still good.

Not too sweet, clean, fragrant and refreshing. It is apple-like. The alcohol is also moderate, but I dare say it would be good with ice. I want to drink this on a sweltering hot day.
