TAGOSAKU
What luck!
And what umami!
The first sip is intensely sweet, but it breaks refreshingly and sharply, and leaves a lingering aftertaste like a sake.
It's a sake that makes you look forward to the next sip.
The aroma is not too assertive, a little bit of cemedine and a hint of citrus or grapes.

TAGOSAKU
When I looked it up, I found out that this sweetness is aimed at the Japanese Sanbon, which somehow made sense to me.
