I've been wanting to try Yamanoi.....................................the label attracts me!
I happened to come across it and had it✨
The aroma is mild but fruity with a full aroma of rice.
The mouthfeel is soft and gas-free, with less sweetness than I expected and a minerality. The nose is fruity with a hint of sourness and a lingering bitterness.
What is it? 🤔It's not quite what I expected 😅.
On the second day, it smells like banana🍌, and the hint of melon🍈. The aroma is soft and the sweetness is full-bodied. The sweetness of the sake, which is made with ultra-soft water, is clear and transparent. The acidity also disappears slowly and naturally.
I found it quite tasty on the second day 🥰I'm glad I didn't finish it in one day.
