Made with Nohaku Kinshitsu No. 9 yeast and 100% Kumamoto rice.
Kumamoto sake, which is quite rare to see in Kansai. It has a strong umami taste of rice on the palate. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing.
It is just right for sipping while eating something.
