On a cold day, Chitoge's beef tofu and sake are a good match.
The Takashimizu water catches the richness of the beef tofu once, and the bitterness in the second half cuts through it well. It's so good😁.

If you visit Hosono Shoten in Ageo, be sure to try the ROOM.
This is the only store where you can buy it in Saitama Prefecture.
It has a mellow aroma and flavor. It's delicious enough on its own, so it's not something you'd want to pair with a meal.
I've had it with nuts and cheese and other light snacks😊.
