Mikadomatsu (Teisho) from Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
It is slightly thickened and aromatic. It is sweet but has a bitter taste and sharpness in the second half, making it a delicious sake on its own even if you do not pair it with a meal.

Shinmasa's zodiac sign label was available for purchase.
The zodiac sign label is an auspicious limited edition sake that is pressed from the end of the year, prayed for at the Taiheizan Miyoshi Shrine, hung with an ema (votive picture tablet), and shipped on New Year's Day. This year, it is named Isopokamui. It was named after the myth of the "rabbit god" in Ainu mythology.
The aroma is mild and the taste is easy to drink with a low alcohol content, clear and sweet-sour like a white wine. It is good to drink as a toast or appetizer.

The aroma is not strong, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami swell. I like the moment when I think, "Ah, this is the moment.

I visited because they were having a limited time drinking event.
The taste changes so much depending on the timing of the squeeze.
This is interesting.
The Arabashiri, Nakadori, and Seme are all delicious, but the fruity taste of the Arabashiri is more suitable for toasting, while the Seme is more suited for a mealtime drink. Oh, it's delicious!

Hi Yuichiro 😃
Sounds like a fun comparison of these three drinks!
Usually I can only drink one bottle, so I can't actually tell the difference.
And I can't tell the difference. I think the arabashiri is the challenging one 😊.
This is a hit! A drink you rarely see.
There are only 11 check-ins at Sake-no-wa.
The label is loose, but the taste is hard-core.
There is no sweetness at all, and the ginjo aroma is just right, making it easy to drink.

This restaurant has a "hidden sake" menu and we had BLACK JACK. It seems to be a brand that is not often posted on Sake-no-wa.
The label gives a strong impression, but it is a sake suitable for a mealtime drink.
★★★
I tried this sake because it was recommended.
The color is light and cloudy, the aroma is pineapple-like, and the mouthfeel is light, but the umami flavor is very strong.
It is delicious on its own and also interesting with a meal.
People who like hana-yoso will surely like this sake.
