I had never had any sake from Aichi Prefecture, so I bought it at Asahiya Sake Shop in Setagaya Ward, where I always go, after seeing the sake's recommended label.
Then, to my surprise, I was thanked by the brewery's daughter, a college student who worked part-time and wrote the pop-ups.
I was surprised.
I thought it would be a refreshing sake, but it has a complex flavor that goes down your throat nicely. It feels sweet on the tongue, but goes down the throat quickly.
It is very good with a 60% rice polishing ratio. 3080 yen and 10% back if you use Setepay, which is very nice.
