The entry is for 10 days, but I opened it on the 3rd and started drinking it. The flavor is a bit strong, but relatively clean.
At first it was more clear, but it didn't taste pale like the sake from Fukushima, it was firm but light.
After a few days, the taste settled down and stabilized with a robust flavor that I certainly won't get tired of.
I will have it again today from now on!
