I drank a different Shichida last time and now it is my favorite.
It's a solid sake, but it's also clear and deep!
I'm happy to have this refreshing throat feel in a raw junmai sake.
Today I have some Kagoshima yellowtail as a return gift from my hometown tax.
I will enjoy it.
