Purchased at a liquor store in Saku. As you may have guessed, it was a case of buying a packet.
It has a refreshingly crisp and dry taste. I think it is best to drink it cold.

I bought it after watching a YouTuber's video of summer sake. I bought it at a liquor store in the prefecture, which is relatively far from my house.
It is an adult's Ramune. It's not like Gunma sake in a good way, but the aftertaste is dry. I didn't know there was such a good sake so close by.

The final standing bar in Kiyomizu-ku was Zaku. I thought that the taste that never misses is "zaku".

The fourth S-MIZUNOKU is a local Shizuoka Ei-kun, aka Eikyun. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness. I feel happy to have discovered a new sake.

It was the first drink served at the bar, and it was delicious and refreshing. I didn't know about this brand, but it was great!

I usually buy Yokoyama at a liquor store in S. Prefecture, but this time, I encountered it at Karuizawa Inamaya. This time, however, I came across it at Karuizawa Imameya. I was surprised to see that they have a summer sake called Yokoyama, so I bought it.
It was just the kind of sake that I would want a summer version of Yokoyama to be like. If there is a summer sake version of Yokoyama, this is what I would like it to be like.

This is "Kuwagata," the non-"Kabutomushi" version of Senkou, the main summer sake.
The label says it is a honey lemon with sweetness and bitterness, but I personally felt it had a grapefruit flavor with some bitterness. It was like a "Kabutatushi" with an adult taste, so I thought I might have wanted to drink it in late summer, but (since I already opened it), would I buy it again? If I can buy it then, yes.

Wow, here it is, the number one (tentative) summer sake of the year.
The moment I took a sip, I knew it was a winner... but if I were to verbalize it a little more... I would say it has a superb balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity.
I'm not sure if there will be anything better than this, but I'm thankful for this encounter... Gubi

It is said to be "100% Omachi, a limited edition sake only available in good harvest years". I decided to buy it because it is from Saga and has a cute label. It is rich in umami, probably due to the fact that it is made from Omachi.

It was a limited edition, but I think it was a rush of fresh juice with apo.

I bought this Ice Breaker for the first time at a liquor store in Saitama.
Before drinking it on the rocks...I tried it straight for now...it has a lot of punch, which is hard to believe for a summer sake. And on the rocks, it's a nice salty taste. This is a well-calculated drink. Follow the instructions on how to drink it.

The summer sake Koei Chrysanthemum is (also) delicious, like Sunburst... but this time it's a summer sake from Nabeshima, also from Saga, Japan. This is my first summer sake Nabeshima, although I have had many Nabeshima so far.
I've had a lot of Nabeshima, but this is the first summer sake Nabeshima I've had. I thought it was very nice.

This is Daimine's summer sake "Natsu no Otosore", which was my personal winner in the summer sake category last year (by a wide margin over second place). I'm glad I was able to buy it again this year.
In a word, it is "refreshing. It's refreshing, clean, and a little citrusy. I think there is nothing better than this for an adult summer drink. I think. I'm glad I got to try it again this year... but I'll definitely buy it a few more times.
