The other day, I made a small expedition to Nagano (it only takes a little more than an hour using the expressway), and this is what I bought at a certain liquor store in Koshoku. It is "Drunken Whale".
First of all, the label is prettier than the normal version of Drunken Whale (maybe). I thought it was basically a crisp and hard-core drunken whale. I thought it would be a crisp, hard-bodied drunken whale, but my impression is that it has a lot of depth, including umami. It's good.
Why are there so many good sake brands in Kochi, such as Kameizumi, Minami, and Drunken Whale? Is it the water? What is it?

The liquor store in Koshoku is Sake-no-Osaka-ya.
In fact, this store is a special distributor of a certain hard-to-find sake... I'll introduce that later.
