The other day, I went to Utsunomiya on a small expedition to visit liquor stores (although I visited only two) and bought this one (I bought it because it seemed to be the brand recommended by the liquor store).
The umami or mellow taste (the sense of rice flavor) comes first. The aftertaste disappears quickly, but it remains slowly. There is no bitterness. It's not bad, of course, but it lacks punch. I honestly feel that it is not bad, but it lacks punch. Of course it is above average, but....
