Hot boiled hamo served with plum wasabi is a luxury. It is a better way of eating hamo than dropping it in the sea. The sake we chose to complement this was Yamaguchi no Go. It is a real dry sake and the best match.

While buying some delicious seafood at Hokkaido Market, I got a bottle of Re-no-wa, a summer sake from Kochi's famous drunken whale. It is an elegant sake with an estery aroma and is as dry as water. It was an excellent sake that definitely complemented the food.

Sake from a rare sake brewery. It is very good. The ginjo flavor is unbelievable for a special junmai. A great choice of sake at a famous restaurant that sells aged sashimi.
