While buying some delicious seafood at Hokkaido Market, I got a bottle of Re-no-wa, a summer sake from Kochi's famous drunken whale. It is an elegant sake with an estery aroma and is as dry as water. It was an excellent sake that definitely complemented the food.
I bought this sake at a liquor store near Taga Taisha Shrine in Shiga Prefecture. It is a delicious dry sake with a slight sourness. It looks great for drinking at home.
Sake from a rare sake brewery. It is very good. The ginjo flavor is unbelievable for a special junmai. A great choice of sake at a famous restaurant that sells aged sashimi.
Taga Taisha Shrine in Shiga Prefecture near Hikone was a very splendid shrine. After visiting the shrine, I bought a bottle of sake, Taga. It is dry and delicious. I enjoyed it with sushi at home.
This sake was recommended to me at Isetan Kyoto. I didn't know about this sake, but it was fantastic! It really enlivened the delicious sushi.
It is dry but has a refreshing fruity taste. Highly recommended.
We will be served with the best seafood from Hokkaido City. It is probably one of the top class food sake. It is dry but has a wonderful sweetness and sharpness.
