Today's offering is Takeyuki. It is a sake brewery in Yuki, Hitachinokuni. The name is brave, but ・・・・・ The smell of lactic acidity is delicious! Sip it! Oh...oh...oh...oh...oh...oh...oh! Sweet, junk food is the main ingredient, but Not at all defeated, no, it's a complete victory: ‼️ The sharpness is great, it's very nice, and the price is reasonable! I was curious about Yubiyui (recommended by Sake no Wa). I came to Mito in search of a new home. The sake made from the sake rice "Kitashizuku" is soft and tender. The second generation? I believe in the words of Purchase Chilled, not much aroma. It's not sweet or spicy, but it's good when you put it in your mouth.
