Today, before the rice prices skyrocketed, I bought some "craft saké," which is all the rage now. I bought some "craft saké." (Expensive 💦). The bottle is 500ml and the cork is not screwed on like beer. with a bottle opener! Oooohhhh, I haven't used a Joe in a long time. I wasn't sure how to put it in this social networking site. It's called zairai! It's made with fir, sansho, aburachan, and yamafuki no hana (wild cherry blossom) as well as rice and koji. So I'll stop with the lecture now... Pale ochre color, with a hint of sansho (I love it). In the mouth, it has a complex flavor, with a fresh taste of sansho (Japanese pepper) Fresh flavor of sansho (Japanese pepper) and a slightly sweet taste. It is crisp and refreshing. It has been a long time since I have had a Niida Honke sake. Is it a sake that goes well with rice? I think it is a stable food sake. I would like to visit a sake brewery at the foot of the Abukuma Highlands I would like to try it. thanks Sake no Marutomi (cheerful lady!)
