It has been a long time since I have had this drink.
It had been a whopping 4 years since I drank this super-hot wine. I always saw it, so I was under the illusion that I had been drinking it more.
It has been about a week since the bottle was opened. As before, I don't notice much change.
For the first moment, I can feel the sweetness and aroma of Mutsu Hachisen, but after that, the spiciness hits me just as you reported. However, for this spiciness, it is really easy to drink.
Also, this brewery's sake does not fluctuate much from year to year, so it is good to be able to buy it with peace of mind. We enjoyed it again today.
