Tokyo with a view to conquering all prefectures. I want to enjoy it. When I opened it, I thought it had a fruity aroma, and took a sip. It has a tangy mouthfeel, perhaps from the gas. It's not too sweet, but it's crisp and tasty. As a chilled drink, I like it very much.

There's this kind of thing. It seems to be a product collaborated with a liquor store at a liquor store where I stop by after a business trip. As a Kamerei lover, I had no choice but to buy it. I drank it thinking it was heated sake, and it was delicious. I kept it at around 10 degrees Celsius, but when I drank it again later, I found it to be quite good in both flavor and sharpness. Actually, I think it's better to drink it as it is.

Probably your favorite type. I'm looking forward to it. First, it was served cold. It has a nice umami and sharpness. It gives a sense of depth. Next, I want to try it heated. I like it warmed up. It goes well with regular meals.

I got it in a sweepstakes and drank it for the first time, even though it is local. It is very sweet when drunk as it is. When it is served on the rocks as recommended, the ice gradually melts and it becomes refreshing. I also tried soda, but it is really calpis. It is said to be Calpis for adults, and I agree.

Purchased because of the summery label. It is a strong type of 18 degrees Celsius. It is also good on the rocks. As it is, it is a heavy type. It's also good on the rocks and with soda, with a refreshing summery feeling. But it is surprisingly good warmed up. I like it warmed up.

I like the name. I want to drink it slowly with warmed sake. First, drink it cold. It has a sweetness and umami, but it also has a refreshing feeling. When heated, it has a more classic umami, I love the way it doesn't get in the way of anything you eat with it. This is the kind of sake that you can drink forever and ever.

There was a tasting at the liquor store and I purchased it. The full-bodied special junmai nama sake, which I prefer, was only available in 4-gou bottles. I wanted to buy it in a 1-sho bottle, so this was the next most impressive one. The first sip was fruity, but after 2, 3, and 4 sips, it cut through. It has a delicious flavor that goes in naturally. I was told that there were only this year's bottles available at the store, so I decided to buy it. Japanese people are weak against limited words.

In fact, it has been aged in the refrigerator at a liquor store until now. It was made in 2018. First, chilled, it has no corners and is more beautiful than I thought it would be, but also has depth and is delicious. I tried heating it up. It's a raw sake, so it's served on the hot setting, with some bubbles. I like it this way. It has more depth and is even gentler. I'm afraid I could drink it all the time.

Kangiku after a long time. A limited edition summer sake. I want to drink it refreshingly on a hot day. The subtle apple taste and the refreshing taste are nice for a summer sake.

If summer comes again this year, this is the one. It has a stable, heavy flavor. I've been drinking it for several years, but I've only tried it slightly chilled or heated. I'm going to try it on the rocks. I noticed it was gone. I really like it.

Sometimes, I like a popular one. I started drinking it with the image of fruity in full bloom, but it doesn't feel so sweet. The tingling and bitterness is pleasant when combined with a meal. I think it has a goodness that is not the recently trendy kind. It is delicious.

Purchased at a local supermarket. It is a 90% polished rice made in a wooden vat with a raw yeast yeast structure. It is not Gobashi, which is a representative brand, but a screw cap. Is it a popular version? I like Gobashi's wooden cask sake, so I was looking forward to it. It is quite a robust classic. I drank it a little chilled, but as I went on drinking it, it was a perfect food sake. Next time, I'll try heating it up. I prefer heated sake. I paired it with surume and persimmon peas, but I could drink it all the time.

A promotion celebration from respected seniors on a business trip to Nagoya. I was able to complete the convenience store's sake collection in a playful manner. I appreciate this playful spirit.

I consider it quite rare. This is quite a strange sake. It is quite acidic when drunk chilled. I guess people who don't like it won't like it. I tried heating it up. It tastes strange, but if you keep drinking it, it tastes good? I wonder if it's so weird that it bothers me, or if it was stored badly. It's kind of tasty. As the days pass after opening the bottle, the sourness becomes peculiar.

Prototype L was quite to my liking, so I'll try this one too. It will be a souvenir for my wife's parents' trip back home to Imabari.

From Hyogo Prefecture, the home of sake. Mmm, I like it. Aged and well balanced flavor. It's good on its own, but I'd have to warm it up. I tried it with grilled squid, salted yakisoba, chilled tofu, and asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables), but it's versatile.
