In fact, it has been aged in the refrigerator at a liquor store until now. It was made in 2018. First, chilled, it has no corners and is more beautiful than I thought it would be, but also has depth and is delicious. I tried heating it up. It's a raw sake, so it's served on the hot setting, with some bubbles. I like it this way. It has more depth and is even gentler. I'm afraid I could drink it all the time.

Purchased at a local supermarket. It is a 90% polished rice made in a wooden vat with a raw yeast yeast structure. It is not Gobashi, which is a representative brand, but a screw cap. Is it a popular version? I like Gobashi's wooden cask sake, so I was looking forward to it. It is quite a robust classic. I drank it a little chilled, but as I went on drinking it, it was a perfect food sake. Next time, I'll try heating it up. I prefer heated sake. I paired it with surume and persimmon peas, but I could drink it all the time.

I consider it quite rare. This is quite a strange sake. It is quite acidic when drunk chilled. I guess people who don't like it won't like it. I tried heating it up. It tastes strange, but if you keep drinking it, it tastes good? I wonder if it's so weird that it bothers me, or if it was stored badly. It's kind of tasty. As the days pass after opening the bottle, the sourness becomes peculiar.

From Hyogo Prefecture, the home of sake. Mmm, I like it. Aged and well balanced flavor. It's good on its own, but I'd have to warm it up. I tried it with grilled squid, salted yakisoba, chilled tofu, and asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables), but it's versatile.

Looking at the specs and price, this is a great deal. Seasonal stuff is delightful. Mild taste and lingering finish. The aroma and initial mouthfeel is fruity, but it slides right in as you drink. I like it.

A pleasure on a business trip to Hiroshima. You get off on the way and go to the local liquor store. The one I wanted was sold out, so here it is. I've had it at the store, but took my time at home. The aroma and first impression is fruity, but not at all sweet and crisp. This refreshing feeling will keep you drinking more and more as you go along. This seemed like it could be warmed up, so I gave it a try. Good! Start lukewarm and let the temperature drop naturally, and when it gets to about human skin temperature, it's rounded and to my liking.

Shikoku Sake Festival was held for the first time in 4 years. After tasting many different kinds, this year I decided on this one! Sake like wine. Let's enjoy it carefully. Fruity and sweet, but with a nice sharpness. No aftertaste in a good way. Be careful, because you will drink as much as you want.

Unusually, I chose nigori. The sake is delicious when heated, so I was curious to see what the Yamato would be like. I was curious to see how Yamato would be like. The price is about 1000 yen cheaper than the sake, so I thought it would be a good cosmetic test. When drunk chilled, it tastes like an adult Calpis without the sweetness. When heated, it has a delicious flavor and makes you want to have some snacks. It is a versatile drink that can be paired with any meal. This is good!
