I was attracted to the 2009 brew and purchased it. I want to enjoy long aging. It is quite matured. Good warmed sake, full of umami, yet crisp and not boring to drink. Excellent and moderately priced.

From Osaka for the 47-prefecture conquest. Aki-ga has a solid image. This is the first time for me to enjoy hiya-otoshi. I drank a glass when it was cold. The impression is that it is still young even though it is hiyaoroshi. A few days later, I took a sip. A few days later, I took a sip. I tried it warmed, which was my main goal. It is right to drink it warmed. It has a nice flavor and a nice crispness. It's a good sake.

I drank it thinking it was heated sake, and it was delicious. I kept it at around 10 degrees Celsius, but when I drank it again later, I found it to be quite good in both flavor and sharpness. I got it in a sweepstakes and drank it for the first time, even though it is local. It is very sweet when drunk as it is. When it is served on the rocks as recommended, the ice gradually melts and it becomes refreshing. I also tried soda, but it is really calpis. It is said to be Calpis for adults, and I agree.
