First, chilled, it has no corners and is more beautiful than I thought it would be, but also has depth and is delicious.
I tried heating it up. It's a raw sake, so it's served on the hot setting, with some bubbles.
I like it this way. It has more depth and is even gentler. I'm afraid I could drink it all the time.
