香西 令
Purchased at a local supermarket.
It is a 90% polished rice made in a wooden vat with a raw yeast yeast structure.
It is not Gobashi, which is a representative brand, but a screw cap.
Is it a popular version? I like Gobashi's wooden cask sake, so I was looking forward to it.
It is quite a robust classic.
I drank it a little chilled, but as I went on drinking it, it was a perfect food sake.
Next time, I'll try heating it up.
I prefer heated sake.
I paired it with surume and persimmon peas, but I could drink it all the time.
