. Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake from Akabu at ‼️ I drank it for the first time in a while. It's really fruity, sweet and sour, and the sizzling, slightly fizzy, subtle acidity soaks in on the tongue until the end. I could drink as many glasses as I want. I thought about having a different drink since it was a little chilly, but it was Sunday and it was an online seminar, so I was kind of tired, so I refreshed myself with this one.

. Hoshi-izumi, I drank it for the first time. It is unfiltered raw sake. Super, super fruity! It's beyond fruity, like an apple or a pear. . Eikun's Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu! It's this year's new sake! It has a clean yet robust aftertaste that is delicious and typical of sake. It is made with rice from Kyoto Prefecture and water from Kyoto, so the local flavor will sink deeply into your body. The price is also quite inexpensive, around 1,300 yen, and you can easily drink it. Since it is still Monday, I will keep it light.

. Junmai sake from Kamikame at [Mimashiya], a long-established restaurant in Kanda. I was in Tokyo on a business trip this weekend and happened to be staying in Kanda, so I went to Misumiya without a reservation and was lucky enough to get in. I had a bottle of Shinkame, which I had never had before. It was quite dry and had a deep flavor like an old sake. It went well with their specialty, chopped round loach.

. Zak's FLINT! Flint, it seems, is flint. As per the instructions in the leaf's description, I'm enjoying the aroma by chilling it a bit and pouring it into a large sake glass. It has a full flavor and a clean aftertaste, a perfect balance, and I enjoy it for a relaxing Sunday lunch.

. Uratenryo, a very spirited sake! I bought this when I was in Gifu. It is junmai ginjo nama sake. It has a very punchy taste with a strong aftertaste, so I think it's fine to have this sake as the main course and a lighter side dish. The alcohol content is 17%, so even though I drank it lightly, it was still a bit strong, so I drank it slowly while tipping it over ice in a rocks glass. It was a little hot today, so it was nice.

. It's a delicious mouthful of petite, squashy goodness. It is really delicious! This is one I bought during my summer vacation at a brewery in Shinshu. The name "Teuchi" seems to be given with the intention of pouring everything one has into it, and that is exactly what it does! It tastes just like "Teuchi". . GOZENSHU I drank 9(NINE) for the first time. It is a slightly dry sake with a strong acidity. Masumi's Thrust ‼️ It has a well-balanced taste in the mouth with firm sweetness and a refreshing pear-like fruity flavor in a slightly effervescent schwashiness! . Hanatomoe Yamahai Splash! This sake is juicy, a little sour, and shwashy, so enjoy the squeaky reaction from the back of your tongue. It took me about 10 minutes to open the bottle, repeatedly opening and closing it. I would like to enjoy it slowly during this still lingering summer heat at the end of summer. P.S. It was a sake worthy of Hanshin's victory!

. Hinoya Hida Hidahomare 45% Shizuku Shibori Hinoya after a long time. I went to Hida Takayama. I stocked up at a liquor store in the old town there. It has the punchiness of the nama-shu as it is, but also the mellowness of the once-hot sake. The mellow aroma coming through the nose is also enjoyable, making it an enjoyable sake many times over. It soaks into my tired body after a series of meetings from morning to night.

. Miyoshi Sake Brewery's Sanjo at ‼️ A gem that I ordered. The three girls are all over the place in my mouth. Is it the girl who flutters in your mouth, the fruity girl, or the girl who attacks you with a lingering taste? The label seems to have been drawn by Keiko Gogetsujo, a popular illustrator from Yamaguchi, and the three girls, personifying umami, dry, and sweet, look like they are having fun, which makes me feel excited when I drink it! The label is preserved! I have been a fan since I drank it at Fuguya last year and finally found it after a lot of searching. Ippo Noito Somen is my favorite.

. Hakurei Shuzo: Freshly squeezed new sake! Very refreshing and crisp, with a soft and gorgeous aftertaste that lingers on afterwards. I drank it with gusto. I want to buy it again. I bought some nozawana in Nagano for the occasion.

. Yokobue Yubing Tsubiri Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu! I couldn't read the kanji, but it is said to be the chirping of a Japanese bush warbler. My wife could read this kanji and I thought she was a genius. 💦. More than that, I was surprised at how good the sake tasted. ‼️ It tastes so good. The moment you put it in your mouth, it is fruity like a grape! It's a very refreshing sake. The umami flavor lingers in the mouth afterwards, leaving a lingering, shwashy feeling in the back of the mouth. I almost exclaimed, "What a well-balanced umakuchi sake!" I almost exclaimed. Please try it if you have a chance.

. This is my first time drinking Suiro. The fruity taste of the sake is hidden in the clean and refreshing flavor. The lingering aftertaste is also full, but does not interfere with food, so it goes down easy. For entrée, I made HOUSE's keema curry.
