PROTOTYPE from KANKOUME SHUZO after a long time!
It has a refreshing sweetness and a clean aftertaste, yet it leaves a light aftertaste, making it very enjoyable to drink.
I will limit myself to 2 gou (2 cups).
.
Chiyomusubi Unfiltered Nama Sake!
I bought this at a brewery on Mizuki Shigeru Road in Sakaiminato City.
What a punchy and flavorful sake!
It was a good decision to buy a bottle! I want to savor it slowly.
This time of year, I am happy to see new sake on the shelves!
.
Junmai Ginjo Ginrei-Shiboritate by Drunken Whale!
Stable taste.
It is fruity and dry, so it goes well with anything.
Today is the Doll's Festival, so we served it with chirashi-sushi that my wife made.

.
HIRAN ni Komaru QUEEN!
I drank it for the first time and it is fruity and really tasty.
In the mouth, it is petit-potent, slightly effervescent, and fruity like grape juice. It has a mellow aftertaste, and I thought it was perfect! I thought it was perfect.
I would buy it again.
.
Delicious!
This sake is limited to the Sunagawa area in Hokkaido.
Comet is a type of rice, apparently.
Maybe this is a sake that seems to be only available locally?
Aromatic, slightly effervescent, slightly tangy, well-balanced sake.
I am in Hokkaido on a business trip.
.
Tetori River SPARKLING DOT!
(Cheap expression) Like Mitsuya cider, it's so squishy, sweet and sour, it makes your mouth squeal.
The fluffy sweetness of spring arriving a little early makes you happy.
.
I bought this at Okage Yokocho in Ise Jingu Shrine at the end of the year.
I didn't expect so much, but it was so fruity and shwashy that it reminded me of a fruit wine mixed with pear and apple juice🍏.
I would buy it again!
.
This is my second Sairai!
Refreshing and gentle on the palate, with a slightly effervescent, grape-juice-like, sweet and sour taste that spreads across the palate!
The end is clean and refreshing, a sake to enjoy the sweetness rather than the aftertaste.
You can drink it in a big gulp.

.
Akamu Amber.
Obtained from a friend of mine who knows a rather rare item.
Refreshing and gentle on the palate, tastes like fresh apple juice. It is very easy to drink.
For now, I will drink it carefully by dividing a bottle into small portions.
.
Hakuryu's Nama Nigori Sake at ‼️
Nigori has a punchy yet refreshing mouthfeel, a little schwaty and slightly fruity with a slight effervescence. It is a very tasty sake with a strong aftertaste at the end.
A perfect sake for this year's Year of the Dragon 🐲!
I drank 2 gou of it in no time.
.
SENKIN Yukidaruma!
This is a wonderful sake that is very shwashy, but also has a nice lingering finish!
I never get tired of it no matter how much I drink!
Today, I won this in the sake lottery for the rest of the goodies. It is very tasty.
I will be uploading other sake as well.
.
Hanzo's freshly squeezed raw sake!
Happy New Year 🥳.
I have been busy for a while and have not been able to update this page, but I am fine.
Well, here is a sake I bought at Okage Yokocho in Ise Jingu Shrine.
It is a freshly squeezed sake with a tangy taste and a firm aftertaste that lingers for a long time. It tastes just right for Osechi!
We look forward to serving you again this year!
.
Tamagawa Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake from Kinoshita Shuzo.
Slightly effervescent, with a deep, umami, punchy flavor and a strong aftertaste.
It is a new sake made this October.
This sake can be enjoyed with nuts or pickles.
Since it is Tuesday, we will keep it light.
.
It has been a while.
I've been busy on an overseas business trip.
Today, I opened a bottle of Biwako no Kujira (Biwako Whale) Nama Sake that I had bought and stored for some time in order to attack the market on Saturday and Sunday.
It is quite a solid and tasty sake, with quite a deep and robust flavor and depth as it goes down your throat. I bought it online after drinking it at Kamima and falling in love with it.
I grilled some tiki spiced teriyaki that I bought in Thailand and served it with a side dish.
Hi takan 😃
Good job on your overseas business trip 🤗Thank you for the spiced Tsumami from Thailand 🇹🇭 with solid Sake 🍶 😋It's nice to be international 😄.
.
Kawatsuru Sanuki Kuraudeiri: ‼️
It has a gentle sweet taste like sweet and sour yogurt.
It is easy to drink, so you can easily drink it as an aperitif. It is good with meat dishes and can be served on the rocks.
I'll have kimchi as a side dish for now.
.
Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake from Akabu at ‼️
I drank it for the first time in a while. It's really fruity, sweet and sour, and the sizzling, slightly fizzy, subtle acidity soaks in on the tongue until the end. I could drink as many glasses as I want.
I thought about having a different drink since it was a little chilly, but it was Sunday and it was an online seminar, so I was kind of tired, so I refreshed myself with this one.
.
Hoshi-izumi, I drank it for the first time.
It is unfiltered raw sake.
Super, super fruity! It's beyond fruity, like an apple or a pear.
I fell in love with this sake when I drank it at a corner bar in the summer and bought it. I chose this sake because I wanted to drink something tasty.
Charcoal grilled chicken
.
Eikun's Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu!
It's this year's new sake!
It has a clean yet robust aftertaste that is delicious and typical of sake. It is made with rice from Kyoto Prefecture and water from Kyoto, so the local flavor will sink deeply into your body.
The price is also quite inexpensive, around 1,300 yen, and you can easily drink it. Since it is still Monday, I will keep it light.
.
Junmai sake from Kamikame at [Mimashiya], a long-established restaurant in Kanda.
I was in Tokyo on a business trip this weekend and happened to be staying in Kanda, so I went to Misumiya without a reservation and was lucky enough to get in.
I had a bottle of Shinkame, which I had never had before.
It was quite dry and had a deep flavor like an old sake.
It went well with their specialty, chopped round loach.
