Uratenryo, a very spirited sake!
I bought this when I was in Gifu. It is junmai ginjo nama sake.
It has a very punchy taste with a strong aftertaste, so I think it's fine to have this sake as the main course and a lighter side dish.
The alcohol content is 17%, so even though I drank it lightly, it was still a bit strong, so I drank it slowly while tipping it over ice in a rocks glass. It was a little hot today, so it was nice.
