. Imanishiki Special Junmai Sake Nakagawa Village Tamako Nama Sake! It had a punchy yet fruity and refreshing aftertaste, and I drank two gou of it in no time. Today I bought and served it with boiled hamo (hamo in season). From the label on the back. ↓↓↓↓↓ Limited edition "Otamasha" using Miyamanishiki produced in Nakagawa Village, Kamiina County. The Nakagawa Village Tamako was created as a younger sibling of the Nakagawa Village Otamajako, using Miyamanishiki produced in Nakagawa Village, Kamiina County. Enjoy the difference in the characteristics of the rice fields and the core strength and mellow, drinkable sake quality that is as strong as Otamajako, even though it is the younger sibling.

. Shinomine Omachi Natsu Rin Unfiltered Nama Sake The crisp acidity runs through your mouth! This sake is only available in summer! It is refreshing on such a gloomy typhoon day. Lunch is Ibo Noito's somen noodles. The typhoon's rain and wind are gradually getting better. Take care everyone!

. Hoka (Houka) Suwano-no-Nama Ikotsuboto. It is made with rice from Nagano Prefecture, and since it is a draft sake, its flavor and miscellaneous tastes are quite robust. And yet it has a refreshing throat feel! It is 17 degrees Celsius, so half a cup is enough for me to get a little drunk. I will enjoy it slowly. With fresh buckwheat noodles we bought in Azumino!

. Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjyo Kinmon Nishiki Unfiltered raw sake! It's hot again today. Well, here it is, which arrived as soon as we started our Bon vacation. It's really delicious. ‼️ It's close to Kaze no Mori in taste. It has the fruity mellowness and tanginess of the raw sake, a touch of acidity, and a lingering aftertaste and punch to the end. It is my favorite deliciousness. A perfect 5 points 💯! Would buy again. I bought two more bottles of this brand and will report back. For entrée, I paired it with onion and cheese bread from a nearby bakery and Camembert cheese from Azumino Winery! They go perfectly with each other!

. . Hydrangea freshly packed in Daishinshu! I went to the brewery! It is very tasty with a gentle but fruity taste. You can drink it easily in the hot summer! It is only available at the storefront of this brewery. I paired it with chopped kelp wasabi that I bought at the nearby Daio Wasabi Farm! It is a perfect match! The titanium dice are used to keep the wasabi cool!

. Maihime's Suiro [wateryellow]! A mini can of Junmai Ginjo-Ginjo-Hara Sake. I bought many others, but this is the one I had today. It was very elegant, refreshing and easy to drink. I will post the other sakes tomorrow. Here is the description of the store. A luxurious cup of Junmai Ginjyo Genshu! A little souvenir A cup of sake on the way home from Azusa Nama sake made from Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture is filled with hot sake and then quenched. The best flavor matures quietly. You can drink it now. You can drink it now, or six months from now. Junmai Ginjo-ginsyu is packaged in a lightweight, unbreakable aluminum cup. , , , and ,, I had (secretly) a bottle of Jyushiyo Sake Mirai Namaishu. I knew it was too well-balanced. It has a very nice taste, refreshing on the palate, with a refreshing feeling in the mouth, and a strong lingering aftertaste. Just a sip, but it's a happy night~!

. This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Shotoku Shuzo. Already, it really is a delicious sake with a strong flavor and a lingering aftertaste that lingers forever. The Gion Festival is over, but summer in Kyoto is still too hot. This is a sake to enjoy the lingering aftertaste on such nights. As one would expect from Shotoku, I had it with salted sea bream fish! (2nd glass)

. Junmai Daiginjo from Popularity Ichi! Delicious in a glass of wine! This sake has won the highest gold medal at the Sake Awards 2023. It has a firm mouthfeel and is very easy to drink, with a strong taste of miscellaneous flavors in the mouth, but it goes down the throat very smoothly. I drank it chilled today, but I think it will taste different if I drink it a little lukewarm in a wine glass. I drank 2 gos of wine, so I will drink the rest with a glass of wine. It is the season, isn't it?

. The second sake I bought at Hakurei Brewery. This sake won the gold medal in 2023 at the [Feminaries World Wine Competition], selected by "female" wine experts from around the world. It is a very sweet sake with a minus 20 degree Celsius! It certainly has a gentle taste that can be perceived as white grape juice, and I can understand why it won the award. When we spoke with the brewery, they told us that they produced a few bottles the first year, but they sold out quickly and sold out the next year as well, so they made more this year. It is easy to drink for sake beginners, and for lovers of umami sake, it is easy to drink as a food sake. The clear, sweet flavor is very tasty during this hot and humid season!

. . Koda Premium Unfiltered Nama sake from Hakurei Shuzo! It was hot again today! I bought this at the Hakurei Shuzo brewery in Maizuru. It is refreshing and citrusy on this hot summer day. I drink it on the rocks, as it has the punch of unfiltered raw sake. I bought other sake as well and will review them again.

. Toichi's raw sake. It has a pleasant fruity mouthfeel, yet firm. The final aftertaste is a little tangy, making it a long sip of sake that can be enjoyed all the way through to the end. Serve with homemade taco rice.

. . Ohmine 3grain fire-aged Yamadanishiki Ohmine 3grain ! It has been a little while since I last drank it. It is very mild because it is fire-aged. It is a very gentle, yet flavorful sake. Today is Sunday, so we had a light lunch. We ate bread from Edekker (Germany).
