Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A refreshing, light and dry nigori sake. It's been a while since I've had a Shiryu from Niigata, but I get the impression that they make a good value for money Ginjo-shu. Chilled tofu with "leek and ginger", which I got because I was curious about it from Supoyo's post.

I'm going to post some more pictures today😅. Made entirely from Echigo Gohyakumangoku and brewed with wine yeast. I thought it would be stylish✨. It's a sweet white wine style. I'm sure you'll love it!

Taste: Fresh, fruity, citrusy and sweet. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall impression: Not bad, but a little lacking.

Purchased at the Aeon Mall in Takaoka. It was one of the sale items that were on sale for about 1200 yen. The chart says it is dry and mellow (the only one not listed as "light"), which might be my favorite! I bought it! When I drank it, I found that it was indeed dry, but the spread of the sake seemed to end up a little on the palate. It was the first time I bought sake for myself for home use, so it was a memorable experience. I only have the sake cup that came as a gift, so I would like to go on a trip to find a sake cup! I am glad to have more fun in life.
