Junmai Daiginjo Rice polishing: 50%. Alcohol: 16% abv. Classic light-bodied dry taste Clean and crisp, with a slight bitterness and rice flavor in the aftertaste. It goes well with dry Chinese food!

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑳ Hakuryu booth. I remember drinking 3㌥ at the year-end party at my office before. Ginjo Nama Sake Hakuryu Chocolaty and umami. It has a good balance between chocolateiness and umami, and a full-bodied feeling. Junmai Daiginjo Wine yeast brewed Nama It has a unique taste like a sweet white wine with a strong umami and sweetness. Special Junmai Sake Echigofu Limited edition for Niigata. It is a clear, but robust Junmai-shu. It is clear and you can feel the delicious taste of rice. Hakuryu" was the brand name of Hakuryu Shuzo in Niigata and Yoshida Shuzo in Fukui, but Yoshida Shuzo changed the brand name to "Eiheiji Hakuryu", I wonder if there was something related to the trademark 🤔.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑳ Hakuryu Sake Brewery produces a popular Korean packaged sake called "Gambare Papa-chan". Gambare Chachan is a private brand of Niigata Sake Brewery, which was also present at this event. We drank Hakuryu Ginjo Nama Sake Light and refreshing type Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo Wine yeast Nama Sweet, but a little nutty. Special Junmai Echigofu Limited to Niigata. More modern than expected. Easy to drink. I'm planning to bring Ganbare Dad sometime to an off-line meeting, but I'm afraid I'll get beaten up or banned 🤣.

Niigata Sake-no-jin (2) The second snack bar was Hakuryu. I knew there was a Hakuryu in Fukui, but I didn't know there was a Hakuryu in Niigata 😳. It is sweet and fruity, with a hint of wine, and the latter half has a delicious rice flavor. It is easy to drink even for beginners. 🙆‍♂️

October 1st is Sake Day 🍶. Drinking party with my second son's mom's friends from nursery school at our usual restaurant 🍻. First time to drink Hakuryu I've had Kuroryu before, but... It has a rather heavy taste.

This time of year, I still want to drink hiyayogoshi! Crystal silver in color with a sense of transparency. Elegant rice aroma of Japanese pear with a hint of grapefruit and other citrus fruits, yogurt, koshinko and shiratama dango (white bean dumpling). Gentle green like selfeil. The mouthfeel is strong. The impression is that the alcohol is quite gusty, with little residual sugar, but there is sweetness from the alcohol and a strong attack. The acidity is firm and gives a sense of structure, and there is a full-bodied bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a nice hiyaoshi character.
