Fuji Seiryu Tenshu, an unfiltered, unpasteurized, raw sake!
Fruity, yet somehow smoky. Has it been aged? It is a sake with so much depth that it makes you think it has been aged!
.
It has been a while again.
I have a bottle of Blanc Ise-Nishiki from Shinomine.
It has a strong and strong "shwashuwa" taste,
I like it very much.

Fukuju's use of 100% Hyogo rice!
Fukuju's sake with a little sparkle on the label. As a male sake from Nada, it has a slightly tangy and spicy taste at its base.

This seven-color glowing label was fresh.
The sake cup was bought in Tajimi and I love it.

Kaze no Mori Omachi 507.
Sake that I learned the true taste of sake about 15 years ago. Omachi.

Chiyomusubi Unfiltered Nama Sake Strong 60!

Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake with Purple Space Army label, to be served on Saturday at the start of the rainy season.
It is insanely delicious!
While I don't get many opportunities to drink Iwate sake, I obtained this at a recent department store event. It was delicious when I tasted it, but when I drank it again, it was delicious all the way through, with a fruity grape-like flavor and a firm aftertaste in the midst of the shwashy, slightly fizzy taste.
It is a good balance of sake as the main ingredient and light side dish. The topping is yuba sansho (Japanese pepper).
