Wakaevisu Plus 004 gas from Wakaevisu Sake Brewery!
The catchphrase is: Sake that's alive, Hajikeru deliciousness!
It is exactly what it sounds like, a shuwashuwa petit! The gas filling is firm, yet the solid miscellaneous taste pops in your mouth.
I bought it at a liquor store in Shirahama, Wakayama, after it was recommended to me; the Expo, which I visited 20 times, ended yesterday, and on a day of a little loss, I wanted something stimulating, so I opened the bottle.
It was a good choice, I really liked the taste. I will buy it again.
.
Harada Summer Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake!
It's been a while.
Harada, as always, is really stable and delicious!
Slightly fizzy and fruity, with a deep flavor, it's the best of the best.
I'm finishing it up today after coming home from a drinking session.
I'll drink a little bit and then I'll be back tomorrow!

.
Kid's Sparkling.
I bought this at the Toretore market in early September.
I bought two bottles, so I opened one for now! Ponk! The cork popped vigorously, and I learned a new way to enjoy sake, with the strength of the bubbles, but with the same fruity, mellow aroma and flavor.
It is very delicious. It is as strong as sparkling wine!
Here is what the label says
Sake that goes global.
This sake was created using Junmai Daiginjo technique with carefully selected Yamada-Nishiki and high quality water from the brewery, in an attempt to surpass the world's bubble wrap sake.
The natural bubbles are created by the yeast in the second fermentation in the bottle. Please enjoy the taste of the gentle sweetness and the stimulation of the bubbles spreading on your tongue.
.
Gifu sake, Kozaemon, cherry blossom label!
I forgot where I bought it, but opened it today.
It is delicious, with a good balance of fruity, grape-like flavor and mellow deliciousness.
I'm drinking it slowly in a wine glass, lightly on the rocks, to relieve the fatigue of the week.
I would like to buy it again if I have a chance.
Today, for the first time, I went to Nachi-taisha Shrine and Kumano Kodo.
So I am drinking this sake that I bought on the way.
Kurumazaka, which originally had a punchy taste. This sake seems to have been made as a prototype for it. It is refreshing, slightly sour and fruity, great on a steaming day like today.
Explanation on the back ↓.
-------
This sake was test brewed with KODO.6C162, an ancient road yeast born from the soil of Nakaheji, a Kumano ancient road.
It has a high acidic quality and is a sake with a lot of wild flavor.
Pour it chilled into a class and enjoy the unique flavor of the prototype.
Brewing year: 2024BY
.
Summer Boulud!
It's still hot out there, isn't it?
Today we have this sake.
It has a slightly effervescent taste and a sweet, sour, fruity flavor that runs through your mouth.
The aftertaste is also very strong and delicious.
.
DU TOIT-NEUJMIN-DELPORTE in Shah!
I stocked up on this when I went to Nagano too.
It has a soft sweet aroma and a melon-like fruity taste! I drink it on the rocks, chilled!
There are a lot of Shah series out there!
What is the name of this one? I looked it up and found that it is the name of an asteroid (du Toit-Neuimin-Delporte), which was named after three people who discovered it at the same time.
.
Daishinshu Teuchi Nama-zume!
I had some business in Nagano and stopped by the brewery.
I bought all of the sake, and today I bought this Tenouchi Nama-zume.
As the label says, it is a very particular product, from the brewing water, rice, making method, pressing method, and storage. It is fruity, flavorful, and really delicious!
With wasabi daikon (Japanese horseradish) and pickled turnip with vinegar from Nagano!
.
Harada's Summer Junmai [Natsu]!
The palate has a punch of fruity and miscellaneous flavors along with a fluffy and gorgeous aroma.
From there, there is a slow, lingering aftertaste that is also deep in flavor.
As it is called "Natsu," I would like to drink it on a hot and humid day like today!
It is somewhat strong, so I drink it on the rocks.
.
Tama's pride and joy is this summer draft sake!
This sake is quite powerful, both fruity and punchy!
It is the perfect sake to drink on a hot summer night, when sake is the main ingredient.
It has a strong flavor, so we enjoy it on the rocks, slowly.
.
Moe (raw sake) from Yamasan Masamune, Shimane Prefecture!
Gorgeous, fruity, apple-like flavor, but with a firm mouthfeel, followed by a smooth aftertaste, so it's a sake that can be drunk for a long time.
Perfect for this hot and humid summer.
I want to savor it while drinking slowly!
.
Hot, three-day weekend, Kusaka Musou!
A little dry and punchy on the palate, it finishes with a smooth, yet well-balanced taste that remains.
I opened the bottle today and will drink it slowly.
.
Frog label from Kotobuki Sake Brewery in Takatsuki, Osaka!
I don't know why the frog label, but it is a good sake, very fruity and deep in flavor.
I had it at home today with shrimp dumplings and this sake, and it was a very good accompaniment.
.
Wind Forest Dew Leaf Wind 807!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I was on an overseas business trip, so after a long time, sake is the best.
I had Kaze no Mori Black Label Rusubafu 807.
It still has the same slightly effervescent and robust flavor, with a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. It is quite a solid taste of Kaze no Mori.
Thank you Jay & Nobby for your kind words!
It's been a while since I've had sake, and I enjoyed it! I really appreciate the fact that sake is readily available in Japan!
.
Haneya Junmai Daiginjo 50 Wings!
Nama-shu.
Very light, refreshing and fruity. It has a lingering aftertaste at the end and is very easy to drink. It is perfect for such a dreary rainy season day.
I have had several Haneya's, but the Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake is really delicious.
P.S.
I've been busy again, so it's been a while since I've updated this page. How are you all?
I bought some more sake, so I will update this page.
.
I recently visited Toyama on a trip for sake. I have had sake from Wakakoma Brewery in Tochigi in the past, but there is another Wakakoma Brewery in Toyama!
This nigori is a real treat, with a complex, delicious flavor that is both schwashy and mixed with just the right amount of acidity and umami.
Since it is nigori, it tastes great on the rocks as well.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed in many ways. I would like to buy it again when I visit Toyama.

Icebreaker season is here again this year!
This is a brand new sake, freshly made this past May. I just opened it and it has a very rich, robust, fruity flavor with a strong aftertaste.
I can drink it on the rocks and it goes down very well.
I bought 3 bottles at once, so I am still enjoying it!
.
It has been a while.
I have been busy with a flurry of activities, so I have been drinking sake, but it has been a long time since I have uploaded anything.
Today, I will be drinking Nikuro-Tsuchisei by Mifukyu Sake Brewery. I have been drinking famous sake such as Mitsuriboshi, but this is the first time I have had this brand. I thought I would buy it since I am also a Nikkoku Saturn star.
It has a slightly tangy, dry mouthfeel,
It is a well-balanced sake that does not interfere with food.
Since it is a draft sake, it has a robust flavor and is quite tasty.
Hi takan 😃
Even though we are busy, or rather because we are busy, we need to drink 😅I'm glad we can afford to raise the sake 😌.
It's nice to drink alcohol from the same planet 🤗.
Mr. Jay & Nobby,
Thank you.
It was the first time I had ever had a drink from the same star. I hope my luck will be a blast after drinking it. I am not unlucky by any means, but I wish I had even better luck!
.
Fresh Shimehari-zuru!

It is a well-balanced sake.
It is delicious.
