It is a little weak for a pure sake. The mouth aroma is reasonable.
Taste: Fresh, fruity, citrusy and sweet. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

It was one of the sale items that were on sale for about 1200 yen.
The chart says it is dry and mellow (the only one not listed as "light"), which might be my favorite! I bought it!
When I drank it, I found that it was indeed dry, but the spread of the sake seemed to end up a little on the palate.
It was the first time I bought sake for myself for home use, so it was a memorable experience.
I only have the sake cup that came as a gift, so I would like to go on a trip to find a sake cup!

Junmai Daiginjo Echigo Densho from Niigata Hakuryu Shuzo.
It is a dry sake with a sharp taste and a strong aftertaste, which is a strange way of saying that you are drinking sake.
It's been a while since I've had a Daiginjo, but the aroma in the mouth is very nice. Personally, I would have liked a little more sharpness, as I felt the sweetness remained quite a bit. However, it was gone in no time at all.

All of the sake is Echigo Gohyakumangoku, Junmai Daiginjo, and wine yeast is an adventure!
I was curious to know what it tasted like, and I ended up buying it.
Of course, it did not have the aroma of wine, but the texture was similar to that of white wine, and the aroma was sweet with no cloying taste that must have been carefully crafted. However, I don't know how to describe it... I should say that it tastes like a sake that comes right above the line when you try to enclose it in a line called "sake"...
