. While I'm busy at the end of the fiscal year, I've been able to see the goal for now, so I'm going to have my first sharaku in a while! It has a petite, slightly effervescent, fluffy, fruity aroma that comes first, and from there, a firm lingering aftertaste. It is a very well-balanced sake. You can enjoy it very much! . I bought this sake at Niigata Airport on my first business trip to Niigata. I had heard of Hakkaisan, but had avoided it because I thought it would be dry, but since it was a draft sake, I drank it for the first time. It was indeed dry, but it was a very thick sake. Of course, it was delicious, but it still had a punch because of its sake-like flavor. It was just as I had imagined.

. I like to spend time with Rin. I bought this Gorin on a recent business trip to Kanazawa, which is a sake made by Kurumata Shuzo. It is too easy to drink because it is fruity on the palate, but then it goes away like water. It is a little dangerous because it is too easy to drink! LOL!

. On a heavy snow day like this, I'll have a Senkou snowman! Cheers to returning safely from a heavy snow and blizzard in Kanazawa area on a business trip. It's been a long time since I've had Sentori, Snowball ⛄️, but it's still delicious! It has a sweet and sour mouthfeel and a delicious punch that goes down your throat. I drank more than half of it in no time. It is cold, but I drink it cold.

. Banshu Issen's Shippo starch entwined raw! I've had Banshu Issen before, but this is even more special. Can you feel the shwashiness in this picture? It is a very fresh and well-balanced sake with a crisp and tasty taste and a fruity, shuwa shuwa taste. I would like to buy it again. I had a late night drink today because I successfully completed various deadlines.

. Wind Forest dew leaves wind 807 ! It's been a long time since I've had a Kaze no Mori, the sake that taught me how good sake can be. Dew Leaf Breeze 807 is gorgeous, fruity, shwarming, and has a robust flavor with umami to the end, it is really delicious!

. Akabu's Junmai Namaishu at ‼️ I haven't had Akabu in a year. As usual, it's fruity, sweet and sour, with a final schwirling, refreshing aftertaste that I can drink as many glasses as I want! I opened it today, relieved from a long online meeting.

. Hiran Rinran ‼️ This is my first time drinking Hiran! It's insanely delicious! It has a fluffy, fruity mouthfeel and a depth from there, delicious. I want to enjoy it, including the individual differences. Mine is a hit! Below is from the label Tobiori's Nama-shu refers to "living sake". It is not a clear sake, but rather a light nigori (light cloudy) sake. It is an image of a continuation of the fermentation that took place in the tanks of the brewery, also in the bottle. For this reason, there are individual differences from bottle to bottle, even within the same bottle. . Yamamoto Midnight Blue Nama-no-Hara Sake! It's a shwashy green apple! Fruity on the palate and firm on the throat, this sake can be enjoyed twice in one sip. I've had Yamamoto several times, and this Midnight Blue Nama-Nagarazake is one of the most impactful and delicious sakes I've ever had. I bought it in a bottle and will refill it and drink it slowly.

. Daina. Hatsu Shibori Brewing Ichigo Unfiltered Nama at ‼️ Fresh and fruity on the palate, with a mellow and enjoyable aftertaste along with a robust flavor in the mouth! This is a Tochigi sake, but this is the first time I've had it. It is the first time I've had this sake from Tochigi, and since it is unfiltered and raw, I guess the extra robust taste and miscellaneous flavors make it even more delicious! I had to start work today, so it was a good pick-me-up.

. Sakunohana Tezume Nao Kumi! This sake may be new to me. It is a shwashy, petite, slightly effervescent. It is a very well-balanced sake with a fruity pear-like mouthfeel and a firm, mellow aftertaste. I drank it cold and nama at the beginning and at the end, and lukewarm in the middle. It is delicious either way. I would like to buy it again. Today I cleaned out the papers and other unneeded items in my (small) study at home. I feel refreshed at the beginning of the New Year.

. Happy New Year ㊗️! New Year's Day is a day of good luck, We had a limited edition of Shoryu Hourai, a raw sake directly from the vat! It has a slightly fizzy, fruity, pear-like taste on the palate, with a delightful finish that will make your tongue squeal at the back of your mouth. It is a very enjoyable sake from a farm that is very particular about its farm and fresh production method. I bought this sake when I was in Kamakura and would buy it again.

. Good evening. Merry Christmas🎄 I'm finally in the end of the year mode after a big or work. Since it's Christmas, I thought I'd have a nice drink. I opened a bottle of Wakamusume Botan. As the name suggests, it is very fresh and has a nice flavor with a bit of roughness! It is very well-balanced and easy to drink. It has a great flavor and is delicious. I would buy it again!

. It's been a while. I had some business in Nagoya and went to Ena Gorge on my way there, so I bought some local sake. Enayama Junmai Ginjo. It was a refreshing yet slightly tangy sake with a nice aftertaste at the end. It is not so strong in character, so it is an easy sake to pair with a meal!

. A limited quantity of 100% Hyogo-Nishiki from Fukuju! It's been a while since I've tasted Fukuju. It has a softly fragrant, full flavor, a stable deliciousness on the palate, and a slightly tangy aftertaste at the end. It is really delicious. It's really delicious and you can't stop drinking it!

Fuji Seiryu Tenshu, an unfiltered, unpasteurized, raw sake! Fruity, yet somehow smoky. Has it been aged? It is a sake with so much depth that it makes you think it has been aged!

. Takachiyoh's, limited edition Halloween label! A limited edition with a cute label. It's hiyayoroshi season, but I was looking for a draft sake and found this one! It has a very plump sweetness and umami in good balance, alternately and gently attacking the palate! It is a really delicious sake with a strong aftertaste. I may have had 10 bottles so far. I would like to drink it again.
