. Hakuryu's Nama Nigori Sake at ‼️ Nigori has a punchy yet refreshing mouthfeel, a little schwaty and slightly fruity with a slight effervescence. It is a very tasty sake with a strong aftertaste at the end. A perfect sake for this year's Year of the Dragon 🐲! I drank 2 gou of it in no time.

. SENKIN Yukidaruma! This is a wonderful sake that is very shwashy, but also has a nice lingering finish! I never get tired of it no matter how much I drink! Today, I won this in the sake lottery for the rest of the goodies. It is very tasty. I will be uploading other sake as well.

. Hanzo's freshly squeezed raw sake! Happy New Year 🥳. I have been busy for a while and have not been able to update this page, but I am fine. Well, here is a sake I bought at Okage Yokocho in Ise Jingu Shrine. It is a freshly squeezed sake with a tangy taste and a firm aftertaste that lingers for a long time. It tastes just right for Osechi! We look forward to serving you again this year!

. It has been a while. I've been busy on an overseas business trip. Today, I opened a bottle of Biwako no Kujira (Biwako Whale) Nama Sake that I had bought and stored for some time in order to attack the market on Saturday and Sunday. It is quite a solid and tasty sake, with quite a deep and robust flavor and depth as it goes down your throat. I bought it online after drinking it at Kamima and falling in love with it. I grilled some tiki spiced teriyaki that I bought in Thailand and served it with a side dish.

. Kawatsuru Sanuki Kuraudeiri: ‼️ It has a gentle sweet taste like sweet and sour yogurt. It is easy to drink, so you can easily drink it as an aperitif. It is good with meat dishes and can be served on the rocks. I'll have kimchi as a side dish for now.

. Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake from Akabu at ‼️ I drank it for the first time in a while. It's really fruity, sweet and sour, and the sizzling, slightly fizzy, subtle acidity soaks in on the tongue until the end. I could drink as many glasses as I want. I thought about having a different drink since it was a little chilly, but it was Sunday and it was an online seminar, so I was kind of tired, so I refreshed myself with this one.

. Hoshi-izumi, I drank it for the first time. It is unfiltered raw sake. Super, super fruity! It's beyond fruity, like an apple or a pear. I fell in love with this sake when I drank it at a corner bar in the summer and bought it. I chose this sake because I wanted to drink something tasty. Charcoal grilled chicken

. Eikun's Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu! It's this year's new sake! It has a clean yet robust aftertaste that is delicious and typical of sake. It is made with rice from Kyoto Prefecture and water from Kyoto, so the local flavor will sink deeply into your body. The price is also quite inexpensive, around 1,300 yen, and you can easily drink it. Since it is still Monday, I will keep it light.

. Junmai sake from Kamikame at [Mimashiya], a long-established restaurant in Kanda. I was in Tokyo on a business trip this weekend and happened to be staying in Kanda, so I went to Misumiya without a reservation and was lucky enough to get in. I had a bottle of Shinkame, which I had never had before. It was quite dry and had a deep flavor like an old sake. It went well with their specialty, chopped round loach.

. Zak's FLINT! Flint, it seems, is flint. As per the instructions in the leaf's description, I'm enjoying the aroma by chilling it a bit and pouring it into a large sake glass. It has a full flavor and a clean aftertaste, a perfect balance, and I enjoy it for a relaxing Sunday lunch.

. A bit of a hiccup, Kaze no Mori 657 Akitsuho. The shwashy petiteness is the same as usual, and the slightly sweet and sour feeling is still there. It's a gentle taste! It can be guzzled with the taste of autumn in this cooler season.

. Uratenryo, a very spirited sake! I bought this when I was in Gifu. It is junmai ginjo nama sake. It has a very punchy taste with a strong aftertaste, so I think it's fine to have this sake as the main course and a lighter side dish. The alcohol content is 17%, so even though I drank it lightly, it was still a bit strong, so I drank it slowly while tipping it over ice in a rocks glass. It was a little hot today, so it was nice.

. It's a delicious mouthful of petite, squashy goodness. It is really delicious! This is one I bought during my summer vacation at a brewery in Shinshu. The name "Teuchi" seems to be given with the intention of pouring everything one has into it, and that is exactly what it does! It tastes just like "Teuchi". I made it for dinner today with stir-fried pork and kimchi for my family!

. GOZENSHU I drank 9(NINE) for the first time. It is a slightly dry sake with a strong acidity. It has a complex flavor, and every time I drink it, the flavor changes a little bit, making it an enjoyable sake! I enjoy it on the rocks. Second day The acidity has settled down a bit, and the umami has become more intense and rich.

. 3 grains of Oumine, the first of the summer! Daimine is one of my personal favorite sakes, one of the great sakes that is refreshing, yet really flavorful and has a strong aftertaste. Its summer series tastes great even at this time of year when fall is almost upon us. It was a late Monday at work, but I was healed. The sauce was Toyama's dried firefly squid! My guess!

. I bought a limited edition sake brewery when I was in Nagano on my summer vacation trip. Masumi's Thrust ‼️ It has a well-balanced taste in the mouth with firm sweetness and a refreshing pear-like fruity flavor in a slightly effervescent schwashiness! It tastes just as good cold or at room temperature, so you can drink it all the time. Please try it!

. Hanatomoe Yamahai Splash! This sake is juicy, a little sour, and shwashy, so enjoy the squeaky reaction from the back of your tongue. It took me about 10 minutes to open the bottle, repeatedly opening and closing it. I would like to enjoy it slowly during this still lingering summer heat at the end of summer. P.S. It was a sake worthy of Hanshin's victory!

. First Green Unfiltered Nama Sake! I drank it for the first time. It is very tasty and has a very gentle taste! It has been a while since I have had such a gentle tasting sake. It is so easy to drink that I will limit myself to 2 gou today. I want to buy it again. I served it with smoked cheese I bought in Gifu. Okuhida Sake Brewery https://www.okuhida-sake.jp/
