. Brilliant, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake! It's been a while since I've had it, but it's really, really good. It has a slightly sour taste with a fruity aftertaste. The aftertaste is refreshing, just like apple juice🍏! You can drink it so easily that it is dangerous to drink too much.

. Junmai Daiginjo Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki from Amami. As it is somehow the season of cherry blossoms, I wanted to feel the fresh breeze and wanted to drink Amami. This Junmai Daiginjo is very fruity when chilled as the weather is getting a little warmer! The lingering aftertaste is also refreshing, with a fresh, slight effervescence like a spring breeze passing down your throat! It is so delicious. Today, I made tempura and matched it with tempura.

. Delicious! This sake is limited to the Sunagawa area in Hokkaido. Comet is a type of rice, apparently. Maybe this is a sake that seems to be only available locally? Aromatic, slightly effervescent, slightly tangy, well-balanced sake. I am in Hokkaido on a business trip.

. It has been a while. I've been busy on an overseas business trip. Today, I opened a bottle of Biwako no Kujira (Biwako Whale) Nama Sake that I had bought and stored for some time in order to attack the market on Saturday and Sunday. It is quite a solid and tasty sake, with quite a deep and robust flavor and depth as it goes down your throat. I bought it online after drinking it at Kamima and falling in love with it. I grilled some tiki spiced teriyaki that I bought in Thailand and served it with a side dish.

. Kawatsuru Sanuki Kuraudeiri: ‼️ It has a gentle sweet taste like sweet and sour yogurt. It is easy to drink, so you can easily drink it as an aperitif. It is good with meat dishes and can be served on the rocks. I'll have kimchi as a side dish for now.
