The taste really changes. It opens up with a strong sweetness, but after a day, it is smooth and refreshing. Took some sushi home and enjoyed it. It goes well with it.
Sake made with Omachi produced from natural agriculture of the Kimura method, famous for its miraculous apples. Powerful? I could not tell the difference myself.
I had high hopes for this collaboration between Gekkeikan and Tochigi Prefecture's strawberries, which have been the largest producer in Japan for 55 years. However, I found it to be a strawberry water with a rather strong aroma. It is a pity.
It took 15 minutes of refrigeration to open the bottle. I managed to drink it without it blowing out. It says it is a test brew, but surely, this is sake? Almost odorless. Anyway, the bubbles were sharp. It's like the bubbles of a lime yeast yeast yeast. I don't dislike it.
I bought it on the occasion of visiting the brewery. I didn't know that they were making a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. They do quite well. The water is good, so I believe they can still make something delicious.
Unlike the Bodai Hashiroshi I have drunk so far, it has almost no sourness or peculiarity. To be honest, I felt it was a little lacking. It is tasty if we say it is tasty, but...
Manufactured by TSUCHIYA FARM. It is brewed sake, not sake. Sake lees from Sansho Lemon Sour is used. Unlike the name, I prefer it chilled rather than heated.
Delicious! Sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. In the midst of the earthquake situation in Noto, I opened the seal of the Ishikawa sake I had on hand. Slight oak flavor and moderate bitterness. It goes well with food. I would like to drink it with Ishikawa crab someday.
Hi kawanori 😃
I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying Ishikawa's sake and cheering for them! We are looking forward to going to Hokuriku and having crab and local sake when we get settled 🤗.
Foam Tanaka. It was very hard to open because of the great report. This one is delicious in its own way (I opened it all at once), but I prefer the original Tanaka Rokuugo. I prefer the original Tanaka Rokuugo.
