Manufactured by TSUCHIYA FARM. It is brewed sake, not sake. Sake lees from Sansho Lemon Sour is used. Unlike the name, I prefer it chilled rather than heated.
Delicious! Sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. In the midst of the earthquake situation in Noto, I opened the seal of the Ishikawa sake I had on hand. Slight oak flavor and moderate bitterness. It goes well with food. I would like to drink it with Ishikawa crab someday.
Hi kawanori 😃
I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying Ishikawa's sake and cheering for them! We are looking forward to going to Hokuriku and having crab and local sake when we get settled 🤗.
Foam Tanaka. It was very hard to open because of the great report. This one is delicious in its own way (I opened it all at once), but I prefer the original Tanaka Rokuugo. I prefer the original Tanaka Rokuugo.
This is a restaurant where you can eat Iwate's local cuisine, but also other dishes are very tasty. Perhaps because of this, the sake selection is not limited to Iwate, but includes a variety of drinks that do not interfere with the cuisine. All are refreshing and delicious. It is typical of Niigata!
I drank it at a restaurant that an acquaintance told me about on a trip to Akita. It was a beautiful sake. Are Akita's sakes mostly refreshing? Is it because the restaurant serves delicious food, or is it because they have a good selection of sakes that do not interfere with the food? Just like the image of Suitama.
It claims to push the limits of dryness, but there is no tingling, and it is a beautiful sake. I am not sure about its cost performance, but it is delicious. I would like to try another sake made from the same style of Gohyakumangoku.
Kabishin Brewery is a recent favorite of mine. The label I don't understand. I did not detect any lychee aroma. However, the strength of the rice that is typical of this brewery remains the same. It was also good on the rocks as a summer sake.
Purchased at a station building during a trip to Iwate. It was my first time to drink it, but it was refreshing and elegant. The aroma is also very mild, so it doesn't interfere with the food. However, I felt it was a little lacking as an alcoholic beverage.
The most popular one after a long time. I bought this as a souvenir for myself in Fukushima Prefecture. I wonder if it tastes like this. It lacked depth and was not sharp enough. Was it not well preserved?
The sashimi and other dishes are all delicious. I was surprised at the size of the dashimaki. In addition, the sake lineup is quite extensive, especially from Iwate Prefecture. I was told about a good restaurant.
This is the first time I've ever tasted a sake called "Sake Ki Yoshi Hashiwari". It is called "Hajimari no Yoshi" but it is a modern style sake with sweet and sour taste. It is delicious. At a restaurant near Morioka station.
Stayed at a hot spring resort in Iwate Prefecture. Finally, some osake from the nearby town of Shiwa. Sake with a slight wooden barrel aroma. Not too bad, not too bad.
Sake made with Ehime Sakurahime yeast. 14 degrees, but I felt it was a little heavy. The impression is a little different from the name. It seems like a sake from Shimane.
