. Inflight - unfiltered, single-batch, fire-infused sake. The aroma is melon🍈-like and apple🍎-like. The taste is melon-like and banana-like with a tangy, melon-like sweetness. When cold, it leaves a strong sweet aftertaste, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes milder and the aftertaste is smooth. After a few days, the sweetness becomes milder and smoother, like a combination of melon and apple. After the sweetness, you can also taste the astringency. Sorawumi umami 😋.

. I bought it thinking that there was a chimera before. Chimera is 3 kinds, this time 4 kinds of koji and yeast, so 鵺. Narhodo🧐. The aroma is fresh and sweet with a slight rummy note. The taste is slightly sweet and sour like apple🍎 and pear🍐. The aftertaste has a hint of melon-like sweetness. I thought it was mildly acidic for a Shirokikyu, but the next day the acidity became stronger. However, after a few days, the sourness settles down again, so if you like sourness, drink it as soon as possible 😄.

Purple Space, which I have had many opportunities to drink recently. This time it's the Diamond Label💎. The aroma is like melon🍈 and pear🍐. The taste is not so sweet when cold, but as the temperature rises, the pear-like sweetness becomes stronger. The lingering aftertaste is wonderful 😊. After about 2 days, the aroma settles down and the sweetness is only at the beginning, and the pear sweetness becomes more subdued. I think I can also taste a slight astringency. I personally can't go wrong with Purple Space. First of all, it is very smooth on the palate. It has a refreshing sweetness like peach🍑 with a slight sourness. The aftertaste is slightly melon-like (with green flesh). The peachiness of a freshly opened bottle may become more apple-like as the day goes by. The longer you leave it in the bottle, the more complex the flavor becomes 😋.

We met again, Hanayuup in a 4-quart bottle. It was Rikuwada before, but this time it was Omachi. So I bought it immediately. The aroma is sweet with a hint of citrus like peach. The taste is juicy and sweet, like peach or mandarin 🍊. The aftertaste is nice and lingers for a long time 😊. After the next day, the aftertaste is slightly astringent and sweet and crisp. Zodiac Sign Bottle 2024 DRAGON & RABBIT Junmai Ginjo Banzai Gojugo Shiboritate Nama Nama Sake It's already been more than a week this year, and the first bottle is the same as last year's, Ni-Usagi. The aroma is mild but has a refreshing sourness with a hint of peach and green apple. The taste is slightly astringent behind the green apple sweet and sourness. It may be less sweet than the Zodiac Bottle 2023. But after leaving it for about a week for various reasons, the sweetness exploded. The apple and pear type sweetness and the aftertaste after swallowing is amazing 😆. I'm happy to be able to drink good alcohol from the new year 😊 Thank you for your support this year 🌅.

Tranquillo ❗️ Don't be unreasonable ‼️ That's a great quote from Naito of Shinichi 😄. The aroma when just opened is like grape🍇. The taste is also grape-like. The aftertaste has a hint of rice flavor and a slight aroma that goes into the nose, but there is also a slight medicinal smell. As the temperature rises, the aroma subsides and the flavor is sweet and umami, which is nice. After about 3 days, the medicinal smell is almost gone and the umami is the main taste. It is like a Tranquillo even after it is put out of the fridge, and even after it is opened 😁.

I drank Tensho before, but this time it's Muteki Tensho. Is it like Gundam becoming Z Gundam? ←Idiot! The color is slightly amber. The aroma is like sour yogurt. The taste is cozy, but the aftertaste is light. Is it because of the low alcohol content (13 degrees Celsius)? But the umami feeling is moist and persistent.
