KTK2002 The aroma is slightly acidic. The taste is not as acidic as the aroma, and after swallowing, you can feel the alu sensation in your throat. The aftertaste is smooth, with a touch of astringency and umami. The acidity becomes mild on the third day, and as the temperature rises, a hint of lychee-like sweetness can be felt. I think this sake would go well with grilled mackerel 😊 or rather it did. It was from a convenience store😅.

KTK2002Junmai Dewa Sanzu Unfiltered Nama Sake Aroma: Melon The taste is also juicy melon. But there is a hint of astringency in the back. From the third day, the sweetness settles down moderately and the mouthfeel becomes smooth, and the aftertaste of sweet sibuuma-ness is wonderful and delicious. Personally, I prefer the taste after a few days rather than freshly opened 😊.

KTK2002 333rd ANNIVERSARY As a Ni-Rabbit lover, I had seen this sake at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it. Luckily I got it😊. The label is surprisingly elaborate with a bunny holding a cracker 🐰 It has a smooth taste with a slight sourness in the back. The acidity is gradually becoming more pronounced and the umami is also getting stronger. I was impressed when I just put it in the fridge. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes milder and the sweetness becomes stronger. The third day or so, the apple-like sourness can be felt from the very beginning, and the aftertaste is more intense 😋. I'm glad I got it 😄.

KTK2002 The most powerful instrument Masamune. I thought I had drunk one with a similar label, but it was a special honjozo before. The aroma is slightly apple. When you put it in your mouth, you may feel a slight tingling sensation. The taste is apple-like, but also has a refreshing sweetness like a peach. The aftertaste is smooth. As the day goes by, the smoothness on the palate, the peachiness, the aftertaste, and the alu-sense increases. But as the temperature rises, the alu feeling may become muted. Cheap and tasty is the best 😋.

KTK2002Toji Selected Pink Label Jungin Ippatsu Kizukuri Genshu. Miyamanishiki 74.7%, Hoshiakari 25.3%. The ratio is very fine 😄. The previous bottle was 100% Miyamanishiki, so I had to try it again. The aroma is slightly yogurt with a hint of apple. It also has a slight sourness and astringency. That was my impression when I opened the bottle. The banana and cemedine flavors gradually come out, and the aftertaste is very sharp. It has a stronger yogurt feeling than Miyamanishiki 100%, but I was drunk so my memory is a bit hazy😅.

KTK2002 The first Kuroemon XVI to drink at home. It is Banshu Aizan. Jurokuemon Kuroemon Aiyama ❤️ (I might have said that in a while 😅) The aroma is slightly melon-like? The taste is juicy and smooth pineapple. It's sweet-umami and has a nice lingering taste 😋. As the day goes by, the taste mellows and settles down, and you can enjoy various tastes like strawberry sweet and sour, and even citrus sweetness and umami 😊. I want to buy it in a bottle 😄

KTK2002Immediately after opening the bottle, I was a little prepared for the unique flavor. The aroma is... unique and smells like Seirogan. The taste is also acidic, but it is still a Seirogan. It was said that the flavor would become more harmonious with time, but after 4 days, the flavor has faded a little, but the Seirogan smell is still there, so we gave up trying to change the flavor over time. Maybe I got the wrong bottle... I will try again if I have a chance.

KTK2002 It seems to be a test brew of malic acid + four-stage brewing. The aroma is slightly apple-like. The taste is apple-like, muscat-like sourness and sweetness. Unfortunately, I can't remember those sweet and sour days like the endorsement says too long ago😅.

KTK2002 Dewa Sanzan unfiltered, Nakakumi Dewa Sanzu is our favorite Kamo Nishiki kafuda sake. It is probably the one I drink the most. This time, it is not the raw sake I posted before, so I'll post it again. When opened, it has a sweet aroma like strawberries. It also tastes like strawberries, very juicy and delicious. ❗️ The sweetness starts to settle down after about the 5th day, and a slight citrus sweetness may appear. It's great both when opened and after a while 😋.

KTK2002 It has been a long time since I have had Hiwada. I had a feeling I had had this Junmai Ginjo with a raw yeast yeast. I don't think I had ever had it😅. It tastes like a prince melon with a hint of banana. It has a thin, wrinkled umami taste with a clean aftertaste. But the next day, the aroma gradually increases and it tastes like chocolate. This is a bottle that you should take your time and enjoy the changes in taste.

KTK2002 This is the first time to drink at home in Nabeshima. It's a Nabeshima club, but it's also a house drinking club😄. The bottle was carefully opened in the refrigerator to cool it down, but the lid didn't fly off, which was a relief. The aroma is slightly melon? The taste is like a pineapple with a faint tingling sensation. It's not too sweet, but there is a slight astringency in the aftertaste, so you can enjoy it without getting tired of it. As the temperature rises, you can feel a good amount of sweetness and astringency at the same time. Personally, I like the balance of sweetness and astringency that becomes tame after about the third day 😊. It was so good I would buy it again if I see it 🍶.

KTK2002 The first Yoshida Kurau. The bottle was opened with a spontaneous sound 😄. As the bottle label says, it has a fizzy and tangy feeling. The aftertaste is silky and smooth, with a hint of sourness and umami. The minerality...I honestly don't know😅. As the day goes by, the sourness is only in the aroma, not so much in the taste, and the peachiness comes out and it's sweet 😋. I think it's a good sake to enjoy the taste change in a few days instead of drinking it all right away 😊.

KTK2002 NIKKOMARU - Nama sake, unadjusted, freshly brewed. I have had Nikomaru before, but this time I drank it again because it was unadulterated sake. I couldn't drink only the supernatant because the bottle was black and I couldn't see the lees 😅. The taste is sweet like melon with a slight tingling sensation. The taste is melon-like sweetness with a slight tingle, and a hint of sweetness remains while the sharpness disappears. After some time, it has a slight sweet and sour taste like green apple. And the aftertaste is also nice 😋.

As the day goes by, the sweetness becomes less and less, and the taste becomes more and more sour and umami-driven.
