We met again, Hanayuup in a 4-quart bottle. It was Rikuwada before, but this time it was Omachi. So I bought it immediately. The aroma is sweet with a hint of citrus like peach. The taste is juicy and sweet, like peach or mandarin 🍊. The aftertaste is nice and lingers for a long time 😊. After the next day, the aftertaste is slightly astringent and sweet and crisp. The astringency almost disappears when you let it sit longer, and you can enjoy the lingering sweetness for a long, thin time 😄. At any rate, umasugi desu ❗️😋

This series is said to have labels with pictures of 10 children, and there are bottles with 10 different labels. When the bottle is freshly opened and cold, it has a strong acidity. As the temperature rises a little, you can taste the fresh sourness and sweetness of muscat. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, but with a hint of umami. Zodiac Sign Bottle 2024 DRAGON & RABBIT Junmai Ginjo Banzai Gojugo Shiboritate Nama Nama Sake It's already been more than a week this year, and the first bottle is the same as last year's, Ni-Usagi. The aroma is mild but has a refreshing sourness with a hint of peach and green apple. The taste is slightly astringent behind the green apple sweet and sourness. It may be less sweet than the Zodiac Bottle 2023. But after leaving it for about a week for various reasons, the sweetness exploded. The apple and pear type sweetness and the aftertaste after swallowing is amazing 😆. I'm happy to be able to drink good alcohol from the new year 😊 Thank you for your support this year 🌅.

Tranquillo ❗️ Don't be unreasonable ‼️ That's a great quote from Naito of Shinichi 😄. The aroma when just opened is like grape🍇. The taste is also grape-like. The aftertaste has a hint of rice flavor and a slight aroma that goes into the nose, but there is also a slight medicinal smell. As the temperature rises, the aroma subsides and the flavor is sweet and umami, which is nice. After about 3 days, the medicinal smell is almost gone and the umami is the main taste. It is like a Tranquillo even after it is put out of the fridge, and even after it is opened 😁.

My first first bottling of Purple Space ❗️ (hash). I heard they changed the naming so maybe they are drinking an alias. The aroma is mildly apple-like. Slightly fizzy and bubbly. The taste is sweet and sour like green apple and muscat, with a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The sweetness is not so strong. It is a bit plain when opened, but after a few days, the flavor and aftertaste gradually increase in acidity, which is a nice touch 😊.

I drank Tensho before, but this time it's Muteki Tensho. Is it like Gundam becoming Z Gundam? ←Idiot! The color is slightly amber. The aroma is like sour yogurt. The taste is cozy, but the aftertaste is light. Is it because of the low alcohol content (13 degrees Celsius)? But the umami feeling is moist and persistent. The astringency and savory flavor becomes stronger after about the 3rd day, but the acidity and astringency mellows out after about the 5th day and it's nice. ☺️ It might be a good wine to drink while eating.

This is my first NEWBORN. ❗️I was wondering what a NEWBORN is...does it mean new wine? The aroma is apple-like with a hint of melon. The mouthfeel is juicy and sweet like a pear with a slight tang. The aftertaste is faintly sour and banana🍌. As the day goes by, I wonder if the smoothness and banana taste on the palate will increase 😊. It's like a lot of fruit 😋 Umai 😋.

Polishing ratio 80% Aizan's Hibiki Sanzen Sakura🌸 The aroma is slightly sour like an apple. The taste also has an apple-like sourness and juicy sweetness, and after swallowing, the mouth is softly filled with sweet umami 😋. After about the third day, the acidity becomes less pronounced and the citrus 🍊 sweetness is felt. After a week or so, it starts to taste more like banana🍌. The day after opening the bottle, the acidity becomes less pronounced and the sweet and sour taste becomes more subdued. I couldn't drink it last year, but this year I got it safe and sound: ❗️ I opened the bottle to see what the wolf in rabbit🐇s skin would be like. The aroma is faintly sweet and citrusy? The label is a jeans-like INDIGO Aki no Hijiri. It is said to be unfiltered and bottle-fired. When opened, it has a slightly citrusy aroma with a hint of alcohol. The aroma is a little citrusy. The taste is slightly astringent and has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries. After swallowing, the sweetness gradually fades away. The next day, the sourness gradually becomes stronger, but it is only noticeable when it is freshly refrigerated and cold, and when the temperature rises, the juicy strawberry sweetness is stronger. It's a nice, juicy taste 😋.

The aftertaste is smooth, but the umami is gradually becoming more pronounced. The sweetness gradually fades after opening the bottle. Instead, you may start to feel the acidity more strongly. Personally, I found the sweetness, sourness, and aftertaste of the umami to be just right on the third day 😊.

It is said to be 77% Dewa Sanzan. I wondered what else it was, and opened the bottle. When opened, it tastes banana🍌 with a slight tingling and fizzy sensation. The banana taste is stronger after swallowing than when putting it in the mouth. After about 3 days, it tastes like whiskey, and after about 5 days, it tastes slightly sweet and sour like plums, making it a very fun and delicious drink. By the way, I drank it all up on the 5th day, so I don't know how it changes after that 😅.

I've been wanting to drink it as a Southern music lover since I saw it at Sake no Wa and finally found it ❗️😄 I opened the bottle because I thought I had to drink it in midsummer because it is a midsummer fruit. My first impression is that it tastes sweet and refreshing. It has a plum-like acidity, followed by a slightly mellow sweetness, and then a slightly bitter aftertaste. After the next day, the acidity gradually becomes milder and the mild sweetness and astringency become stronger. It is a sake with a variety of flavors that can be enjoyed only with midsummer fruits.

I had given up buying HANA-UP because I saw it in a bottle and it wouldn't fit in my refrigerator at home. I found a four-pack bottle that I thought was a mirage, so I bought it immediately 🤗. The taste is sweet and juicy with a hint of strawberry. The aftertaste is light and refreshing, but the flavor is very good. As the day goes by, it tastes more like mandarin oranges, but the aftertaste is even more intense and delicious 😋. I thought it was called "Riku-haneda", but it is actually called "Riku-uden" 😅.

Junmai Ginjyo Once-fired Hajime Genshu. The previous one was Aikame, but this time it's Kame-only. I just realized that it is labeled "Kame" because it is brewed with Kame-no-o! I just realized 😅. The aroma is slightly melon? When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild taste, sourness, astringency, and sweetness with a melon flavor. After that, a little bit of alkali taste comes. As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes the main flavor, and the astringency and the aftertaste of alcohol become less pronounced, and the umami is felt more strongly and gradually. That was my impression when I just opened it. As the days go by, the taste becomes more mellow and mellow, and the smokiness and umami aftertaste after swallowing become stronger. Personally, I think it is a good idea to drink it slowly and not finish it on the 5th day.
