As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes milder and the umami becomes stronger. The sweetness is not so strong.
As the day goes by, the acidity becomes milder and the apple-like sweetness can be felt first, but the acidity still comes.
The acidity becomes milder as the day goes on, but it is still a little unsatisfying.
I think it is best to finish it in about a week.
It may be "different," but for me it is still the same delicious Ni-Rabbit.
