When the bottle was opened, it was out of control in the bottle, so it was not completely topped off, but only the top clearings were available first.
Banana and apple aroma. The taste is apple-like at first, but it soon disappears and the umami flavor remains.
The lees that remain on the bottom of the bottle are good, and when mixed with the rest of the lees, the flavor is enhanced.
I think there is a grapefruit taste after a while. But in the end it is apple type.
