This is a limited edition sake that has been aged one year longer than the regular hiyaoroshi. It has a milder acidity and more umami than the regular version. Personally, I prefer this one. The difference in taste was quite surprising.

The first Yoshida Kura u The mouthfeel is gassy and soft with sweet acidity, but later on comes a firm umami that is typical of Yamahai, which I thought was quite interesting.

I like it too. I was going to buy some from Ishikawa Prefecture and bring them home, but I was told that if I fly, the air pressure might cause them to pop open, so I decided against it.

I tasted it cold and warmed. The impression was that it was clean and dry. The label says it is recommended to be heated, but I didn't get that different impression compared to the cold sake.

Commemorative sake with serial number. It has a delicious soft acidity, sweetness and umami! We enjoyed it cold and lukewarm.

Kikuhime's summer sake. Unlike the standard one, it tastes good chilled. The acidity is a little strong, but the umami is also tasty!
