Lovely label with snowy landscape and cold camellia illustration✨.
It has a nice, tangy, gassy feel.
And a good balance of crisp dryness and umami!
We enjoyed it deliciously!
It was more gassy than the snowman.
And last year I found the snowball more to my liking, but this year I found this one tastier lol.
It was so good I emptied it in one night😅.
Cute design on the bottle.
They say it is snake metal😊.
The taste is sweet and mild, not like the heavy metal name!
I think I'll keep the bottle because it's so cute ✨
Happy New Year!
We are having a little luxurious New Year's toso here.
The mild aroma and acidity are pleasant.
I would like to contribute to the recovery of sake consumption this year as well!
Good evening, takashi 😃Happy New Year 🌅.
New Year's is a good time to start the year 🤗Let's all consume it together in a delicious way ‼️
Thank you for your continued support this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
The aroma and taste are mild, with a youthful flavor that is typical of new sake. There is very little acidity or bitterness, and it is full of a luxurious umami taste ✨.
I bought another one this year. Two bottles just in case😅.
It's sweet but also has a nice bitterness, just delicious!
I think I'll drink the other bottle a little closer to winter lol.
The sake was brewed with Yamada Nishiki grown in local terraced rice paddies.
It is not very fruity like Shichida, but it was a well-balanced and delicious sake.
At my favorite liquor store, I was tempted to try my favorite hiya-otoshi from Yuki no Kayasha, but then I decided to try something different, so here it is.
I like the label.
It has a beautiful acidity and a mellow richness that is typical of hiyaoroshi ✨.
On the way back from climbing Mt. Yatsugatake, I found it in a souvenir shop at Chino station and bought it.
I was glad to hear that I had not had Masumi Hiyadoroshi this season!
The acidity characteristic of Masumi is not so apparent, but the richness or umami flavor was perfect for an autumn evening.
