I like the label.

I was glad to hear that I had not had Masumi Hiyadoroshi this season!
The acidity characteristic of Masumi is not so apparent, but the richness or umami flavor was perfect for an autumn evening.

I drank it for the first time. It's called "lemon squash for adults," so I started drinking it during the day.
It has a sourness that is typical of Senkou. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It would be more like lemon squash if it had a little more sweetness (lol).

I bought this sake because it was introduced in dancyu's "Sake on the Royal Road".
The aroma is mild, and the soft sweetness and umami spread in the mouth, but it finishes with acidity and light bitterness, like a dry sake. It is delicious and interesting. And it is indeed addictive.
I want to drink it again!

Kuheiji's raw sake is sold only once a year.

I drank the green one as well, since the "Red Ikaikarasu" I had before was quite tasty.
But...this one seemed to have too much of the "dry and stimulating attack" that is mentioned on the label, and I didn't like it 💦.
In terms of beer, is it like Asahi's Super Dry? (lol) I'm a Kirin guy when it comes to beer 🍻.
