This is the first time I've had it, and it's delicious! It's like an autumn sake at the time of year, but it's delicious cold (room temperature), but superb when heated! It starts with the umami of rice and a slight sweetness, followed by a soft acidity, and finishes with a light bitterness. It has a good balance and I think it is one of the best heated sake I have ever had ✨🍶.
