This is the essence of Niigata's light, dry sake. I'm a Junmai sake drinker, and I don't often drink this type of sake, but I think it's delicious. I was drinking it with the opening game of the professional baseball season, and as a Marines fan, I got so excited by myself that I almost finished the whole bottle...🤣

Lovely label with snowy landscape and cold camellia illustration✨. It has a nice, tangy, gassy feel. And a good balance of crisp dryness and umami! We enjoyed it deliciously!

It was more gassy than the snowman. And last year I found the snowball more to my liking, but this year I found this one tastier lol. It was so good I emptied it in one night😅.

The sake was brewed with Yamada Nishiki grown in local terraced rice paddies. It is not very fruity like Shichida, but it was a well-balanced and delicious sake.
