I look forward to this sake every year. But...this year's one had a strong alcohol or cemedine smell.　It has a strong smell of cemedine and the taste is not so good💦. I kept it in the fridge, so I don't think it was deterioration... Too bad 😢.

A souvenir from the recent Suwa Gozo event😊. I tasted it and it was delicious, so I took the plunge and bought it, even though it was a bit expensive (lol). It's still delicious✨. It has a refreshing citrusy acidity that is typical of Miyamanishiki, but it also has a sweet and delicious flavor that is wonderful!

On October 4, we participated in the Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki Drinking Event. Unfortunately, it started raining during the event, but we were very happy to enjoy sake from the five Suwa breweries! Among the many sake that we tasted, here is one that we bought as a souvenir because it was so delicious. It is sweet and tasty, with an elegant acidity. It tastes like rice wine.

Nice to meet you Kokokuon. The blue on the label is beautiful ✨. Despite the low milling ratio of 80%, it has a good dry taste, elegant acidity, and soft rice flavor!
