Not much aroma, somewhat unique sourness, but the taste is soft. Maybe it is because it is a medium-brewed sake. takashiThe annual Risshun morning squeeze.
This year we got three kinds.
First, we have this Kaika.
The aroma is mild, and in the mouth it has a gentle sourness and bitterness.

I bought this after visiting a liquor store on a business trip!
This is the first Eikohfushi I've had my eye on for a long time. It was located in an inconspicuous place, and I couldn't tell it was Eiko-Fuji at a glance, so I wandered around in front of the showcase for about 30 minutes and found it by chance.
The sake degree is -10, and the taste is sweet, with a strong pineapple-like aroma, like Hanayo-yoku. The sharpness is not that good, but it doesn't have an unpleasant aftertaste.
It was BY2020.8, and I enjoyed it very much. Now I want to drink it freshly squeezed!
