The long, slender single-bottle bottle is cute (lol).
The moment you drink it, you will feel the elegant acidity.
It is delicious with a dry impression.
Anyway, it is fruity and delicious. I feel it might be slightly sweet, but it is cut by a refined acidity, so I don't mind that much. No, it is delicious!
I bought this sake because it was introduced in dancyu's "Sake on the Royal Road".
The aroma is mild, and the soft sweetness and umami spread in the mouth, but it finishes with acidity and light bitterness, like a dry sake. It is delicious and interesting. And it is indeed addictive.
I want to drink it again!
Kuheiji's raw sake is sold only once a year.
We had no hesitation in purchasing it again this year!
The lees and gassiness are subdued, but the balance of sweetness and acidity is just so wonderful that I drank it in gulps ✨.
I have a physical exam next week, and I drank it all in one night💦.
I drank the green one as well, since the "Red Ikaikarasu" I had before was quite tasty.
But...this one seemed to have too much of the "dry and stimulating attack" that is mentioned on the label, and I didn't like it 💦.
In terms of beer, is it like Asahi's Super Dry? (lol) I'm a Kirin guy when it comes to beer 🍻.
Purchased at the same liquor store on the way back to Ito station.
The design is cute. lol ❤️
It is a junmai ginjo-shu, and it is refreshing and tasty at the same time.
Arrived in Ito and bought it at a local liquor store.
This was also in dancyu, lol.
I paid for it to be brought in and drank it at dinner at the hotel. It was delicious, with a refreshing acidity and smooth taste!
I went on a hot spring trip to Ito for two days and one night.
Since we are using the Odoriko-go, we will drink in the train from noon on the way there (lol).
Influenced by the recently released dancyu's Royal Road Sake, I bought this one at Tokyo Station.
It was very tasty with soft sweetness and acidity!
The second bottle of the Risshun morning pressing is Senkou.
This is the first morning pressing.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a sourness and umami that is typical of Senkyoku. The bitterness is almost imperceptible.
It is also delicious.
The annual Risshun morning squeeze.
This year we got three kinds.
First, we have this Kaika.
The aroma is mild, and in the mouth it has a gentle sourness and bitterness.
There is a slight sourness that lingers in the mouth, but it is refreshing and delicious!
Nigorigo continues (lol).
This time it was Masumi's light nigori.
It is an active nigori sake, but there was no particular blowout when the bottle was opened. When I drank it, the gassiness was not that strong, and the sweetness of the unrefined sake oozed out in the slight carbonation.
It was delicious and I emptied it in one night lol.
When you first drink only the supernatant, it tastes clear and dry.
When mixed with the lees and nigoromi (nigori), the taste became sweeter and gentler. There was a hint of the usual rice wine atmosphere, and it was delicious.
No gassiness, slight sweetness and sourness. It is delicious even when drunk normally, but I heard that it can be served warm, so I gave it a shot...,
Wow! The sweetness was so good!
The aroma and taste are clean and clear, although there is a slight alky aroma. However, it has a great umami flavor, as expected from the master brewer, Mr. Touji Noriguchi.
I thought I would enjoy it warmed, but I drank it cold and drank it fast.
I will try heating it up tomorrow!
I was just thinking that you don't often see 20% alcohol by volume. It's a different kind of men's sake from the low-alcohol ones. It's wonderful.
