Arrived in Ito and bought it at a local liquor store.
This was also in dancyu, lol.
I paid for it to be brought in and drank it at dinner at the hotel. It was delicious, with a refreshing acidity and smooth taste!
I went on a hot spring trip to Ito for two days and one night.
Since we are using the Odoriko-go, we will drink in the train from noon on the way there (lol).
Influenced by the recently released dancyu's Royal Road Sake, I bought this one at Tokyo Station.
It was very tasty with soft sweetness and acidity!
The second bottle of the Risshun morning pressing is Senkou.
This is the first morning pressing.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a sourness and umami that is typical of Senkyoku. The bitterness is almost imperceptible.
It is also delicious.
The annual Risshun morning squeeze.
This year we got three kinds.
First, we have this Kaika.
The aroma is mild, and in the mouth it has a gentle sourness and bitterness.
There is a slight sourness that lingers in the mouth, but it is refreshing and delicious!
Nigorigo continues (lol).
This time it was Masumi's light nigori.
It is an active nigori sake, but there was no particular blowout when the bottle was opened. When I drank it, the gassiness was not that strong, and the sweetness of the unrefined sake oozed out in the slight carbonation.
It was delicious and I emptied it in one night lol.
When you first drink only the supernatant, it tastes clear and dry.
When mixed with the lees and nigoromi (nigori), the taste became sweeter and gentler. There was a hint of the usual rice wine atmosphere, and it was delicious.
No gassiness, slight sweetness and sourness. It is delicious even when drunk normally, but I heard that it can be served warm, so I gave it a shot...,
Wow! The sweetness was so good!
The aroma and taste are clean and clear, although there is a slight alky aroma. However, it has a great umami flavor, as expected from the master brewer, Mr. Touji Noriguchi.
I thought I would enjoy it warmed, but I drank it cold and drank it fast.
I will try heating it up tomorrow!
I was just thinking that you don't often see 20% alcohol by volume. It's a different kind of men's sake from the low-alcohol ones. It's wonderful.
This is the first time I've had it, and it's delicious!
It's like an autumn sake at the time of year, but it's delicious cold (room temperature), but superb when heated!
It starts with the umami of rice and a slight sweetness, followed by a soft acidity, and finishes with a light bitterness. It has a good balance and I think it is one of the best heated sake I have ever had ✨🍶.
The label is stylish or gorgeous (lol).
First of all, the aroma is amazing! It smells sweet and fruity anyway, like passion fruit.
However, the taste is not that sweet, and it can be used as a food sake!
However, I'm happy to spend the year-end and New Year's holidays just in sake mode, lol.
The first bottle of the year.
Soft acidity and a clean taste.
I drank it alternately with Tasake's Zodiac label, which seemed similar in type, but this one was slightly sweeter.
Both were, of course, delicious!
We ended the year with this sake, which is also talked about here.
The bottle was opened carefully with a considerable amount of gas.
It is delicious. But I couldn't tell the difference between it and the Snowball 💦 because I have a stupid tongue.
Hmmm...it's delicious, though.
It didn't feel like a snowball blowing violently, the gassiness was mild and the taste was soft. However, the amount of mash was so great that it was sloppy at the end, like amazake💦.
It's been a week now, but I compared the drinks.
The difference is much greater than I expected.
This one has more gas and almost no sweetness. The sourness and bitterness are also stronger, giving the impression of a dry adult taste.
Purchased a set from IMADEYA!
I started with the regular Snowman.
It is rather well-balanced and easy to drink, with a touch of sweetness but also a light bitterness at the end.
Maybe it's because of the low alcohol content, but I finished it in one night 💦.
