Next up is ✨Takachiyo✨. The last two were kijoshu, so I wanted something crisp and refreshing 😁. So here's the Takachiyo 😆. Fruity aroma and sweet and sour taste... Easy to drink and Swiss 😁. This is delicious 😆.

Next, we have the genno-tori 😆. We'll compare the drinks 😆. The taste is different from Hinotori, it comes with bitterness and astringency ☝️ And the umami is also very strong 😊. It tastes different from sweet ✨ It was quite an interesting comparison 😁.

The owner asked me if I would like to come and have a drink with him as he was about to open a new bottle of Shinsei.... Naturally, I went 😊. So I went for the Shinsei. I'm not sure if it's the same as the one in the box that was on display ✨. With high expectations, I'll start with the Hinotori first: ☝️ As expected from a kijo sake... it has a strong sweetness, but it also has a good acidity and a good balance 😆. It's a sweet sake, but the acidity makes it easy to drink: ☝️ I'm fine with a little 😅

The last one is chrysanthemum cold 😊. When I was blabbering about how much I wanted to drink it, the owner told me he had it... and he took the trouble of putting it on the table for me 😄. Thank you so much 😂. Sasuga, the owner can do it 😁✨✨✨✨. The mouthfeel is soft and expansive, the aroma is gorgeous and delicious 😊. I'm glad i got to drink it 😁.

I was in the mood for something to drink today... and went out for a drink 😊. When I got there, they had Shinsei so I ordered it right away 😆. I haven't had A type in a long time 😊. It's still delicious as usual - a well-balanced sake that is light and easy to drink 😁. Good start with the new Masa 😄.

Finish with Sentori 😁. Since the Sunburst I just had was softer than I expected, I thought the next one should be less sour than the Sunburst, so I ordered ☝️ It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, with a nice fresh cloudy sweetness 😄. Again this year, I enjoyed it (last time I got the less cloudy one) 👏.

Next up is Koei Chrysanthemum 😊. I wondered what it would look like from the name 😄 The aroma is more citrusy, but the taste is very sour 😂. I couldn't help but think it was a big hit 😅. There is a bit of sweetness though ☝️ Anyway, it's a sake with a sour taste 😁. I think this is delicious 😄

Today, my wife and I decided to go out for dinner ☝️ After dinner, we decided to go to our usual restaurant to have a few drinks 😄. We started with a Junmai Daiginjo from Yokoyama Goju 😊. It's supposed to be fire-aged, but it's fresher and juicier than I expected 😁. This is... delicious 😆.

Next up is Sai Toritori HIROMATSU 😊. I'll be drinking Tosa Shiragiku here 😄. Brewed with Asahi rice, it is a Junmai Daiginjo with a clear, gentle aroma and the same gentle sweetness and umami ☝️ This is a delicious sake 😆.

Next up, Kuromo Shiromo at ☝️ Here is Mr. Shiromo😊 The aroma is complex and indescribable, but when you drink it, it has a strong sweetness but also a good acidity 😄. It's a fresh, sweet and sour sake, just like the raw sake it's made from 😆.

Next, we went to Haruka 😊. The sake we drank was Aki Tiger ✨✨✨. It is a delicious sake with a strong rice flavor and a nice sharpness, dry but not too dry 😄. It seems to go well with meals as well. ☝️

October 1 is Sake Day✨. So I attended an event called Sake Go Around 😆. First up, the first house of the go-around: ☝️ Naruto Tai ✨. I've had LED before, but never DRAFT LED 😁. When I try it, it's just so fruity... and juicy, sweet, easy to drink and delicious 😄.

Next up is the libration 😁. This Fukao...usually released in December, but they brought it out just in time for this meeting😄! It is light and dry, but has a gorgeous and gentle taste, it is... delicious 😊. By the way, I usually drink all the sakes and upload them, but I was caught by an acquaintance and had to have a drink with him... As a result, I couldn't visit all of them in time 😓. I'll leave it for another time 😑.

Next is also Mr. Drunken Whale 😊. I've had this sake before and it's delicious 😄. The aroma is strong, but the taste is light and dry, so you can enjoy drinking it 😊. If possible, it would be better to drink it as a food sake, but it is also delicious on its own 😊.

Next is Mr. Drunken Whale😊. Hiyoroshi is now available 😊. Hiyoroshi of Drunken Whale Ginrei...how can it not be good 😄! It is a sake that has a strong rice flavor, acidity, etc. that is calm and delicious 😊. It's delicious 😁.

Next time, it's also Mr. Bikou ✨. This is another sake that was entered into the New Sake Competition✨ We are very happy to have another rare sake 😁. This sake has a clean dry taste and a fruity aroma.... It's so easy to drink 😄. This sake also has no hooks 😁. It's delicious 😊.
