Last but not least is Maison Aoi✨ This sake is brewed in a newly revived brewery, so expectations are high 😊. I've always wanted to try it, but was hesitant because it's a bit expensive ✨. I found it in the store and ordered it right away: ☝️ It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, reminds me of a German Riesling 😊. Niigata is known for its light and dry sake, but this sake is easy to drink. ☝️ It's delicious 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.

Next up is the laying ✨✨. You drank last October 😆. As always, I love the elegant flavor of Yamada Nishiki 😊. I like this sake too ☝️ By the way, when I first saw it, I couldn't read "Sansho" 😂.

Next up is the instrument Masamune: ☝️ Mixed brew series using Kake rice "Dewa Tsannaku", Koji rice "Yamadanishiki", and Yondan "Aiyama" 😆. First time drinking it ✨ I thought it would have a lot of different flavors, but it's a very crisp sake with not much of a cloying taste 😊. It was very easy to drink with a sweetness to it as well 😆. It is delicious 🥳.

The last one is Jikin 😊. I didn't drink Jikin no Omachi 😂. It has a fruity aroma that makes you think it's Omachi, with mellow umami and sweetness, acidity and a hint of bitterness 😊. It's delicious 😆.

Next up is a rare drink 😊. It's a test brew from Hana no Kou Sake Brewery✨ This one has quite a sour taste 😆. It's quite an interesting sake 😊. The more you drink, the more addictive the sourness becomes ✨. It's also delicious 😆.

Today we are eating out😊. I forgot to take pictures of the food 😓. I didn't leave out the all-important alcohol 😆. First up is Tenpoichi: ☝️ The aroma is weak, but the flavor is strong and fresh as if it were freshly pressed. Also, it's fresh as it should be 😆. It's delicious 😊.

I was invited by an acquaintance for a drink at his house, and I brought this bottle that I had been storing in my cellar (it's a bottle) 😁. It's been a long time since I drank this sake 😊. This sake is a very recent addition to our collection 😊. I've had Kaze no Mori before, but this is my first time to try Roha Kaze😅. Well, let's drink it 😊. The aroma is fruity ☝️, with a slight fizziness, sweetness, and a good balance of sourness, I'm not tired of drinking it 😊. It is a delicious sake😊. Kaze no Mori seems to have a lot of fruity sake ☝️

Next up is BLACK LABEL brilliant😊. This one is also made with black malted rice 😆. The acidity is not too strong and it is very refreshing 😊. The aroma is also gorgeous 😊☝️ This is also a delicious sake 😆. Shirasugi Brewery brews all their sake with rice 😊. In case you missed it, we didn't forget our original goal and brought home a new sake: ☝️ I'll get a review up soon 😆.
