Since the Sunburst I just had was softer than I expected, I thought the next one should be less sour than the Sunburst, so I ordered ☝️
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, with a nice fresh cloudy sweetness 😄.

The aroma is more citrusy, but the taste is very sour 😂.

The festival itself was held for 4 days from 9th to 12th, and I only participated as a staff for 2 days, 10th and 11th...☝️
After the festival was over, we decided to go out for a drink on the way back home 😄.
First of all, I would like to introduce Aizu Chusho. ☝️😄
There was a summer gin on tap, so I ordered it ✨.
It has a subtle sweetness and a refreshing finish...a delicious summer sake 😄.

Obon 🍶 is delicious 😆.
Fukushima and Nagano sake is delicious at the end of the festival 😊 combined with the sense of accomplishment ‼️ must be a sinking deliciousness 😊! I put a special order for Fukkai, so I ordered it right away 😁.
The rice is said to be out of Yamadanishiki, but it has a fresh, fresh, gentle aroma with a strong rice flavor 😄.
Even if it is out of the same grade, the taste of Yamadanishiki is the same 😁.
