The aroma is fruity, but the taste is light and delicious, typical of Niigata sake 😊.

It's freshly pressed, fresh and tasty with a nice acidity 😁.

This is another freshly pressed sake that can only be enjoyed at this time of the year 😊.
The mouthfeel is sharp, dry and fruity with a delicious aroma 😆.
We had it with cold yellowtail sashimi 😁. 大嶺大嶺3粒 無濾過生原酒 山田錦純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 KanoI was discussing with my wife what to have for dinner today... and she suggested we go out for dinner. I asked her if she wanted to go out for dinner with or without alcohol and she said yes 😁.
The first drink was a new sake from Omine 😊.
It's been almost a year 😆.
Sweet and fruity as always 😁.

Gentle ginjo aroma, firm flavor.
But it is refreshing.
Delicious as a food sake. KanoIt was Monday and I had to come here to drink even though I have work tomorrow.
