Third glass is Ishizuchi after a long time 😁. I had it hot ✨. I didn't drink hot sake before ☝️ Yes, it's good hot too 😁. It also goes well with food ✨. I guess you can enjoy the mellow aroma more when it's hot 😊.

Went to Kougetsu this evening for the earthenware steamed 😁. We were lucky because it was the last one of the matsutake mushrooms✨. So first up was a glass of Abekan: ☝️ This sake has a trick double-layered label 😯. It has "chicken" and "owl" on it ✨. It has a soft ginjo aroma and a gentle taste. Perfect for dobin steaming ☝️ It was delicious 😁.

Kochi yeast CEL24 Sake brewing rice Hachitan-Nishiki This was the first time I drank a lightly cloudy sake. It was delicious, with a subtle shwashiness to it 🍶.

Kochi Prefecture Sake Brewing Rice "Tosa Rei" Takayuki No.80 Kochi yeast AA41 Freshly pressed unpasteurized sake, Tosa Urara, and the aroma of banana and melon aroma woven together by AA41 yeast is wonderful💓. It also has a nice slightly carbonated mouthfeel.
