This sake is another version of the first one 😁. This time, it's fire-aged Junmai 😊. I think it is a sake that is not too strong, so it is easy to match with food and can be drunk slowly 😆. It is a delicious sake 😁.

Next, the rice difference of the sake I just uploaded 😊. The one I just uploaded is "Gin no Yume", but this one is called "Matsuyama Mitsui" ☝️ When sake is brewed with this rice, the flavor of the rice seems to become more intense: ☝️ Enjoy different rice...it's nice 😁.

Well, the kurabiraki has started 😁. We're heading out for a tasting right away 😊. First up is the Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku Sake 😊. This sake is not for sale, it is for the sake show 😅. It's very valuable 😅☝️ So let's drink it before it's gone 😁. The aroma has a strong ginjo aroma, and the flavor has a nice, clean taste and a bit of roughness, which is only possible with shizukuri 😊. Delicious 😁.

Today is the Takagi Sake Brewery's "kurabiraki" (opening of the brewery) 😆. I was so excited to participate in the event 😊. Each table was already stocked with sake, and we were told to drink it while we waited for the event to start 🤣. That's a nice consideration 😊. So we'll start with the Seme Blend 😆 ☝️ The strong rice flavor that only Seme can give...with a touch of bitterness, it's a must for sake lovers 😊. It's delicious 😆☝️

I was checking the cellar and found Chrysanthemum cold 😊. I forgot to drink it 😅 yabba yabba 😅 Normally, it's hi-iri, but Yajima Shoten's is raw ☝️ and it's Nakakumi😊. Just looking at the label raises my expectations 😁. I'll have some right away 😊. First comes the gorgeous aroma ☝️ When you drink it, it's fresh, fresh, and gorgeous sweetness that is typical of Aizan 😆. Not too sweet like Kangiku, just beautiful and clear 😆. This is delicious 😁. Wish I had drunk it sooner 😃. By the way, didn't you say no drinking until the 22nd? I'm not sure if I'm being too picky 😅.

I drank too much last week, so I'm taking a rest day until today 😁. Now, here's a super direct pump from Naruto Tai ☝️ It's my first time to try this sake 😊. It's fresh as a rock when you drink it 😁. It has a nice gassy and koji aroma, a little astringent, but a delicious sake 😁. We were grateful that it is only available at this time of the year ✨✨✨✨.
