Comment from an amateur sake lover. This sake has a strong sweetness of rice even though it is called dry. It is a junmai that packs a punch when heated hot or at room temperature. I am thankful to be able to drink good sake today.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I'm drinking this at a standing bar in Ningyocho. I'm having a beer chaser to relieve the fatigue of working all day. The sake is dry and rich in rice flavor. It is a junmai sake with an impressive dry taste. I am thankful that I can drink good sake again this evening!

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. Hiroshima sake is easy to drink and smooth. It is slightly dry, but not strong and smooth. This sake is for my family to drink on New Year's Day, so it kind of relaxed my mood. Thank goodness for good sake!

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I received a gift of high quality sake. It has a very strong taste of rice and a noble Junmai Daiginjo-like flavor, or rather, it is a sake that has both sweetness and depth. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the delicious sake today!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I had a chance to taste this sake for the first time at the Shinjuku Takashimaya Department Store where the Yokota Sake Brewery was promoting their product. It is a summer sake with a very robust rice flavor. The alcohol content is 15%, which is moderate. It is a strong sake that does not lose its strength to any meal. It gave me energy. Thank you for the great taste today!

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. I got this Amego no Tsuki from a friend in Hiroshima. I enjoy it very much. It is a daiginjo with depth of flavor and a gorgeous aroma. It has a sweetness like a pear, and the exquisite taste is wonderful, as one would expect from Amego no Tsuki. As a trivia, Kure City has the largest concentration of sake breweries in Hiroshima Prefecture, more than Nishishino. Just FYI. We are thankful to be able to drink delicious sake again today.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I got a bottle of Black Beef Nama Sake and I am enjoying the summer mood. It tastes like a dry, heavyweight grade of sake with a punch. It was a manly sake that would not be overpowered by the aroma of smoked bonito tataki. Probably goes well with cheese, too. Thanks for the encounter with a great saké! Thanks 😊

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Chifuku is a sake from Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture and has been loved in Hiroshima for many years. It has a nostalgic feeling for me and I wanted to drink it with my parents in the countryside. The sake has a punch because it is a pure sake, and the sweetness, aroma, and flavor are all macho. I am thankful to be able to drink good sake again this evening. Thank you very much.

Comment from an amateur sake lover. As the name suggests, it has a gorgeous rice sweetness and rich flavor. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste, and the spiciness disappears smoothly at the end. I am experiencing a new taste for me, as I am mainly a western Japan sake drinker. Thank you for the delicious taste.

It is a wonderfully delicious sake with a strong umami flavor that makes it seem like a junmai ginjo. It is a well-balanced sake with sweetness, umami, suppleness, a lingering aftertaste, and a dry, crisp finish. This time, the aroma was also very strong and surprising. Thank you!

I'm afraid I'm going to have to make an amateur fish lover's comment. Please forgive me. This sake has a strong umami flavor for a dry sake. The sweetness and soft spiciness spread in the mouth. I am grateful for the encounter with new sakes today.

Amateur drinker's comment. I came across some great sakes today! As expected of the moon after the rain, it is a sake that does not disappoint and I am impressed. It is both soft and sweet, not as spicy as the name suggests, and perfectly balanced. I am grateful for another delicious sake.

This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today, a Fukushima Prefecture fair was held in my neighborhood and I bought this sake. The store staff recommended drinking it lukewarm or hot, so I tried it. It is not dry, but rather has a robust flavor and weight that leaves a heavy feeling in the mouth. However, I was surprised that the aftertaste was not persistent. I am thankful to be able to drink good sake today.

Here's a comment from an amateur drinker. This is a light, round sake with no gentle spikes. It is a soft sake that is easy to drink and refreshing, which together create a softness. I am grateful to be able to drink good sake.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Sawanoi Dai-harakuchi is sometimes drunk casually and tastes familiar. On the other hand, this time I had the seasonal sake, which is very elegant, not too spicy, and full of umami flavor. It was very delicious. Thank you again for the delicious sake.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This was my first Banshu Issen Junmai sake, and I had high expectations for it. It is a heavyweight with a spiciness that goes down your throat and into your nose. It was the spiciness that woke me up after a long time. The umami flavor is left in the aftertaste, which is quite difficult to achieve with this sake. We enjoyed it today as well. Thank you!

This is an amateur sake lover's comment. This sake is dry and thirst-quenching, dry and not sweet, all-around dry sake. It was a harsh sake that was too clear and had no sweetness or looseness lol. Thank you for another delicious sake today.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. It has a dry mouthfeel, and the impression is as indicated by the +8 label. It has a good weight while retaining a little acidity. The impression that it is a seriously made sake is very strong, and it is delicious. Thank you!

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I think the name is a heavy sake, but the easy-drinking taste and smoothness of this sake are wonderful, and its ability to adapt to its environment is undeniable. Thanks again today. Apologies for the poor photography.
