This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I had another Kido from Wakayama today. It is a fresh and powerful full-bodied sake. The balance of the flavor is a bit spicy, but the umami is also strong and robust. I am thankful that we can drink good sake again today. Cheers to delicious sake!

This will be an amateur comment from an amateur drinker. It has been a long time since I have had a Kido. It seems that they are now growing 80% Yamadanishiki low-polishing rice in their own rice paddies, and the label was nice. The taste is a great sake with a nice balance of firm umami and dryness. I have been to this brewery before and was inspired by how much they have evolved. I am thankful and grateful to be able to enjoy great sake and delicious fish today. Thank you 😊

This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today I'm drinking a pop design sake from Hachiman River that I brought back from my parents' house last month. The sake is dry and crisp for a +4. It is a luxurious 100% Omachi sake from Hiroshima Prefecture. Today, too, I am spending relaxing time with delicious fish and delicious sake. I am thankful that I can drink delicious sake in good health tonight as well.

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I am drinking sake that I brought back from my parents' house. It is a sake made from Hachitan rice from Hiroshima. The taste is a robust sake with a spiciness that prevails over the umami. The taste is firmly Hiroshima sake. I am grateful to be able to drink sake today as well, enjoying delicious sake and fish with a sense of nostalgia. Cheers to tonight!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I continue to enjoy sake at my parents' house while having fish from the Seto Inland Sea (simmered water flounder, Spanish mackerel sashimi, and octopus sashimi). The sake is heavy and robust in flavor. It is heavier than my image of a refreshing Junmai Ginjo. I enjoyed it very much. I am thankful that I can enjoy delicious fish and sake again today.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. This is one of my favorite sakes. This is my first time drinking Nono-san (which means "Kannon-sama" in the Tajima dialect), and it is a refreshing and easy to drink sake. It has a soft, refreshing, clean taste. The flavor is there and refreshing, and I tasted newness. I am thankful to be able to eat healthy and delicious food today.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. When I was about 20 years old, I drank a bottle of Hachiman River sake and was impressed by its taste. At that time, it was Junmai Daiginjo. It had been a while since I went back to my parents' house, so I visited the brewery in person and purchased this sake. I was told that this year's production was the best. It was truly the best in many ways! It was nostalgic and thoughtful, reminding me of my own sake roots. I am thankful that I was able to drink good sake today and in good health. Tonight, we will toast to Yawatagawa with a side of Hiroshima koiwashi!

We brought it to our favorite sushi restaurant to savor. Eating good food and drinking good sake is what makes me happiest. Thank you again today!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. The other day, I was recommended this sake at my favorite soba restaurant. It was exactly my kind of sake. It was masculine, strong, and dry. Although it was fire-aged, I could feel the strength of the alcohol. It is rare for me to drink sake from Kyushu, so I enjoyed it very much. It went well with the tempura at the soba restaurant, and the flavor was not overpowered! I am thankful that I was able to encounter such wonderful sake this evening as well! I was kind of a straight guy, despite the fact that I am a manly type of drinker. I am thankful that I can drink good sake.

It has a dark taste with a strong umami and dryness. I am grateful to have found another delicious sake tonight and to be able to enjoy it in good health!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. The store owner said it was made using a traditional sake yeast yeast, which is not my favorite, but I drank it because I heard it was recommended. It is not like a sake made from a sake yeast yeast yeast, but the sweetness of rice spread out. The strength of the rice shines through in this sake. It seems that this sake is made with minimal heating and filtration to preserve the original flavor of junmai sake, and although it may be bad to say, I felt the aroma and taste of fine mirin. I am thankful that I can drink good sake again today.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. I had the impression that it was an expensive sake from the bubble era. It has been a long time since I drank it, but I was surprised to find it tasted like this. It is a sake that goes well with evening drinks, and I have the impression that it is an easy-drinking sake with little strength of character. I am thankful that I can drink it well.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. This sake is wonderfully dry, easy to drink and delicious! The flavor is ideal: moist at first sip, smooth down the throat, and settling into dryness at the end. Thank you for another great sake encounter today.
