This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I enjoyed sakes like a student standing in the hallway at Standing Place in Ningyocho lol. Even Yamamoto had a different character from the No. 6 yeast. I know it is a dry sake, but I was surprised that the difference in yeast made such a difference in the taste of the sake. I am thankful that I can drink good sake today, and I am amazed at the new discoveries I make. It made me realize that sake and people are both once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today, here is Senkou, which is based on a creation from the Edo period. They are trying to make an old and new sake. If this tastes the same as it did in the past, it will be quite delicious and flavorful. It is a heavy, dry sake, but it has a wonderful balance that leaves you feeling refreshed. Today I made homemade dried gourds and processed fish to make sushi, so I paired it with a sake that I thought would be a good match, and the sake was as robust as the fish and shoyu. The alcohol content is not high, but it has a robust flavor. I am thankful that I can drink good sake in good health today.

Today I happened to be drinking a variety of sake at a sake specialty store, and being able to meet this sake again showed me once again that my tastes are the same as they were 10 years ago and that I am not blinkered. This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today, I got some seasonal fall fish and collaborated with sake. It's been a while since I've had a Hakusetsu, but this one is a dry sake with a solid punch. It is my favorite. It has been a while since I have had a sake from Hyogo, but I once again found it to be delicious. I am thankful that I can drink good sake today in good health.

It is a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly and smoothly. lol It is an unfiltered raw sake, so it is a little strong, but the umami flavor prevails. I think it is well-balanced and wonderful. This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I was back home with my parents and this sake is only available in Hiroshima prefecture. I was happy with this dry, robust and delicious sake. It was a perfect match for the fish from the Setouchi area. We had a happy moment. I am grateful to be able to drink healthy and delicious sake.

I am an amateur sake drinker. This time we traveled to Himeji and had some local sake. I was able to sample the sake at a tavern operated by the main sake brewery beforehand. As a result, I was able to buy my favorite sake at the brewery. This junmai sake was very easy to drink and had an authentic taste. I am grateful to be able to taste good sake in good health.

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I went home today and enjoyed it with my mother! Very tasty and the yeast does a wonderful job. It was firm and flavorful, full and smooth, and deep. Good sake goes well with good fish, so I'm feasting alone again this evening. This is the first time for me to try Kurogyu Midori Label. It is a robust sake made with Omachi, which is more like a buffalo than a bull. It has a punch! It also has a character that becomes docile when the temperature drops, and I thought it was a tsundere character that sake lovers would love. Tonight, too, I would like to express my gratitude for the encounter with this wonderful sake and offer a cup of sake!

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. My favorite Tsuki no I was in stock at my local liquor store today and I bought it immediately. The aroma is favorable, with just enough oak flavor that it does not interfere with the taste of the sake. Also, the dry taste is as dry as one would expect, but it is also umami and has a clean and refreshing taste. It is a sake with a refreshing aftertaste. It is an excellent match for fish! We are thankful to be able to drink delicious sake again today.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today we had flatfish sashimi again, so the sake in the fridge came into play! So, this is my favorite Funaka Hachisaku, but it was my first experience with a draft sake. The super-harshness remained, but the spines in front of the mustiness were oblarded and the throat as well as the flavors were felt. It is a different Funaka Hachisaku, but the genes are still there. The proprietress of the sake shop said that this year's nama-zake was very good, and although this is my first time drinking it, I found it to be a very refined Funaka Hachisaku and flavor, so I recommend it. However, it is seasonal, so be sure to get it soon! Thank you for the healthy drinking of good sake today!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I visited Umenoyado Sake Brewery the other day and participated in the brewery tour and the Umeshu (plum wine) making tour. The sake had a good punch and a strong flavor. I appreciated the taste that is typical of nama sake! Also, although this is a nama sake, the alcohol content is moderate at 15 degrees. It was a sake that also reminded me of my journey to Nara. Thank you for the special taste and healthy and delicious sake.

I also made sushi with bonito that matched the Kido label. The blood of the bonito and the strong Kido are a perfect match! We are thankful that we can enjoy another delicious and healthy sake today.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. This is my favorite sake from Suehiro Shuzo, albeit in small bottles. I drank this one for the first time and it tastes different from "Mai" from the same brewery, but it is delicious. It is heavier in flavor and has a firm, medium-spicy taste. I think it is probably junmai ginjo sake. The unique sweetness that lingers on the tongue after drinking leaves a lasting impression. Personally, I like this sake. I am thankful for the delicious fish, seasonal vegetables, and sake that we can enjoy today. Thank you for a happy time.
