It is easy to drink, a little spicy, well-balanced and delicious, and has a full flavor that is hard to believe it is junmai. Thank you for another great sake encounter today. This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. This is my favorite sake from Suehiro Shuzo, albeit in small bottles. I drank this one for the first time and it tastes different from "Mai" from the same brewery, but it is delicious. It is heavier in flavor and has a firm, medium-spicy taste. I think it is probably junmai ginjo sake. The unique sweetness that lingers on the tongue after drinking leaves a lasting impression. Personally, I like this sake. I am thankful for the delicious fish, seasonal vegetables, and sake that we can enjoy today. Thank you for a happy time.

This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today I made duck nabe for the first time in a while and enjoyed it with sake. The sake is a junmai ginjo with a light flavor and a bit of dryness typical of Masumi, which makes it a remarkably easy-drinking sake. We are grateful for the opportunity to enjoy another delicious sake tonight.

The last sake to be drunk on the three days of the year is said to be a rare sake available only in Hiroshima. It is junmai (pure rice), but I was surprised to find that it has a gorgeous aroma like ginjo sake. I am looking forward to starting the year with another great sake! This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This time, I went back to my parents' home and had a rare sake left over, which I tasted and enjoyed with fish from the Seto Inland Sea. It had gold leaf in it, and it was a sake that put me in the mood for New Year's one step ahead of the others. The taste is soft and umami. Drinking it in a wine glass makes it more refreshing, and it is good to be able to drink it while looking at the gold leaves. I am thankful that I can drink good sake in good health today. This will be an amateur comment from an amateur drinker. It has been a long time since I have had a Kido. It seems that they are now growing 80% Yamadanishiki low-polishing rice in their own rice paddies, and the label was nice. The taste is a great sake with a nice balance of firm umami and dryness. I have been to this brewery before and was inspired by how much they have evolved. I am thankful and grateful to be able to enjoy great sake and delicious fish today. Thank you 😊

This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today I'm drinking a pop design sake from Hachiman River that I brought back from my parents' house last month. The sake is dry and crisp for a +4. It is a luxurious 100% Omachi sake from Hiroshima Prefecture. Today, too, I am spending relaxing time with delicious fish and delicious sake. I am thankful that I can drink delicious sake in good health tonight as well.

The taste is a robust sake with a spiciness that prevails over the umami. The taste is firmly Hiroshima sake. This is my first time drinking Nono-san (which means "Kannon-sama" in the Tajima dialect), and it is a refreshing and easy to drink sake. It has a soft, refreshing, clean taste.
